My fiance and I have gone there SEVERAL times after 10pm when it says they’re open, only to be met with “sorry, our night guy didn’t show up so we’re not serving” or “sorry, we’re closed” or “sorry, we’re not serving anyone” my question is, if you’re closed, WHY ARE YOU THERE!? It’s giving the idea of kids who simply don’t want to do thier jobs. It’s always excuse after excuse. Somethings not working, someone didn’t show up, unforseen circumstances, or just silence when we SEE people in the window. Jack in the box, what is REALLY going on?

We went there tonight 02/17 at 9:40pm because we saw a car at the window. The occupants seemed to be having a fun conversation at the window. When we pulled up, they had put a “wet floor” cone on the side to, possibly prevent cars from coming in, but it was very easy to move around it. Pulled up to the speaker, got nothing, pulled up to the window, no one was there, but we had JUST seen someone there not 2 minutes before. As we were leaving, we saw a young lady WITH A HEADSET ON adjusting the wet floor cone to the center of the drive through lane and quickly running back inside.

Isadora took my order on the drive through, no one was in line, she was rushing me very impatient just a very bad attitude! When I came to the window she gave me a look like I was bothering her, she clearly did not want to be there working. I wanted to cx my 3 item order but it was for my kids. I will never stop at this location again because of her. Isadora u look like a high school kid, take care of ur job you’re getting paid 2 be there. Learn to respect us customers.

DISGUSTING!! Order $50 worth of food for me and my three hungry male coworkers and the guy taking orders just keeps shouting “THERE’S ONLY TWO OF US”!! I ordered ahead through the app and there were 5 cars in front of me. So explain why we have missing food and why what we did get was inedible hard and stale!! Guy at the drive through wasn’t too pleasant but I can look past that. The part that is annoying is there was half of a bag of seasoning in one of my tacos and it was crumpled up. Like it seriously looked like they put it in after the food was cooked. Also got a grilled cheese that was so rubbery that you couldn’t even bite into it. Yeah rubbery bread? That doesn’t make sense to me either.

This is the time we need zero star, Google. Don’t mind with the money, coz not much lost; don’t mind for the time, coz was just drive by but 3.7 star reviews makes me to believe paid to review, no offense. it was early morning and i was wanting to get some coffee and was passing by this jack in the box. i stopped to get coffee and the guy taking my order was very nice and he told me they had just made the coffee and it was a fresh brew. the coffee was fresh and very good. i decided to get a breakfast sandwich and ended up getting two of them. the breakfast sandwiches were freshly made and really good.
