Placed a mobile order. Went to pick it up, but the lobby is closed and was forced to wait in drive through. Sit in line for 35 minutes. Finally get to the window, just to be told to circle around and wait back in line again. What was the point of even placing an order online for pickup?

Literally every employee here is so nice and great at their job, this location should really be at 5 stars 100%. The food is actually always hot and fresh here and surprisingly fast, I go out of my way literally to come here because they’re the only location I fully trust!

In the drive-through was told after waiting more than 8 minutes that I shouldn’t eat here I need to go somewhere else. If that was my staff saying that as a business owner they would be fired. Rest assured no need to ever go back to this location again. This happened 12/28 @8:30

At an earlier pickup, the truck was blocking the drive through, we were able to go inside and pick up an order that was on the counter with no issue. Then we got 2 orders from the same store. So we get to the store and go inside. An employee was more concerned about why we were inside picking up an order (the doors were open) than what orders were picking up. Braided woman walked past and didn’t even acknowledge. Still haven’t been asked by any employees which orders are needed . Girl sweeping…not acknowledged. Pink hair lady…not acknowledged. Braids…not acknowledged. Guy coming from the bathroom…acknowledged but didn’t ask about the orders. This store obviously hates drivers. Thought the store at Springboro Pike was bad after hours but it’s amazing that we have to deal with this. Had to go into the drive through. The braided lady told us we had to go around because they didn’t want to give us our 2nd order. One of the employees offered to let us pull forward and they’d bring it out, but Braids decided to get live with us and said No, we get in trouble for cars sitting in our drive through and since they were timed (The drive through was empty) she was NOT going to let us wait or pull up. Then she said she was going to call her GM because “Ooh, I’m not the one” and slammed the window on us. And then proceeded to call her GM who didn’t answer and then she could be heard yelling to her Assistant Manager who was on her apparent 2nd call, she informed us that we had to leave the drive through. We had to cancel that order obviously. What has happened to customer service at these restaurants. We will be talking to the Management. If it doesn’t get resolved, we will take it higher up. Just know if you order through the gig apps at night its a crapshoot whether your order will be processed or not.

Went through the drive thru here today. They forgot my cinnamon twists. Checked the order on the bag and confirmed we paid for them. My wife went back later the same day to explain and they refused to give her the cinnamon twists without a receipt, saying it was their “policy.” Are you serious? They’re cinnamon twists guys! Would we seriously drive there and lie to get a free cinnamon twists? My wife gave them the time she came through and everything we ordered, but nope, they weren’t budging. She was going to get a couple other things when she went back, but not after this. No more stopping at this Taco Bell.

this is by far the slowest fast food establishment I have ever experienced . Not only that but the workers will not acknowledge the customers waiting in lobby , and the manager when asked about orders/ordering, reacts In a very passive aggressive way , which is absolutely uncalled for being the service is so bad . I work in food service and completely understand there are busy days but there is no excuse for that response and especially when they have people waiting here for 30+ minutes . I witnessed three people walk out without their food , and when an elderly lady asked to order up front , the manager yelled “there are kiosks” as she walked away from the woman . She couldn’t even give her even minute to explain ? It is just beyond rude ! She should not be a manager if she can’t get these employees in check and if she can’t hold accountability and apologize to her customers . Don’t waste your time coming to this location ! You will be better off driving an extra five to ten minutes and it will probably take less time then waiting here for god knows how long . I’ve been here 45 minutes now . These people should not be getting paid for this service .
