I ordered and paid for 2 cantina chicken cheesy street chalupas, a buritto supreme, and small diet Mountain Dew.
What I got was 2 5-layer beef burrittos. This wasn’t discovered til I got home.
This is probably the 10th time I have tried this Taco Bell. Every time there has been an issue. Either they are cash only, or their out of something, or, more commonly, they screw up the order.
Most of the time the employees look like they want to be anywhere but there.
I will not go back, I’m done.

So many 1 stars, I wonder why? Humm. Apparently the Owners don’t care, because if they did you would see more 5 stars. Well let me pile on another 1 star. I paid 21.00 for 2 steak chulupas and 1 quesadilla. My mistake was asking for extra steak…Didnt happen…they actually gave me less steak and very little lettuce and tomato. I’m guessing they did this because they had to make my order over due to their mistake. So this was their way of punishing me the victim. Way to go bro. Anyway why this place is still in business is beyound me. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra 2 miles to the one in Forest Park, they appear to get it right..Need to eat some popcorn cuz I’m still hungry…

On 1/2/2026 at 4PM, having not use the kiosk before, I made several mistakes ordering. The Manager came over and help with my order. He was polite and courteous. I will definitely frequent this location the next time I’m in Cincinnati.

One of the slowest restaurants in the city. You can order 20 minutes in advance it doesn’t matter. If you go through the drive thru they’ll tell you to park out front. I had to wait 10 minutes outside then another 10 minutes inside.

Kids walking around orders being taken in the lobby over the headset, feels like a getto Chuck E. Cheese. Asked for a water cup and got a “I’m not doing anything else I got the last water cup” and she walked away. Got absolutely every item wrong. Asked again for a water cup and would’ve paid for it if they said it costed money but instead she asked if I hadn’t heard her gm the first time. When he made a comment to them and not even to me. Wouldn’t even recommend this place if the food was free

I NEVER give reviews on fast-food restaurants but this Taco Bell is putting everyone else to shame! I had a horrible experience at the Colerain location and this location made it right. Kudos to the manager Damon, he is truly dedicated to excellence! The customer service experience has been so pleasant and that says everything about his management!

The young lady who worked the front counter at January 23, 2026 at 1 AM was very rude, She lack proper training in the service department. It made me the customer feel like I was worthless just because I wanted my food without sour cream and beans.

Every pop at the pop machine was gross tasted like carbonate nasty. No real menu to order off it was all off a touch screen pad you do yourself . It takes twice as long to order. No body wanted to address a customer at the counter. It’s like since everyone has to order off the screen on there own. The employee’s don’t what or have to deal with people. It’s a dam shame what’s going on in restaurants now.

the food was ahh. whoever made my two layer burrito put a mysterious meat in it. the meat was hard and looked like a mcdonalds patty. last time i checked, taco bell dosnt share meat with mcdonalds. so who stuffed a double cheeseburger into my burrito???o
