very sad about my taco bell visit. worked a 12 hour shift and just wanted to try some nuggets. ordered 2 10 pieces, got 10 in one box and one in a fry container. they also gave me 1 of 2 sauce packets for one order, and 2 sauce packets i didn’t even order. reminder to always check your fast food bags before you leave the restaurant.

I’d previously given this location 5 stars, but the last few months it’s been terrible! Today at 12:25 p.m. I ordered 3 tacos and a luxe combo. Total order time 18 minutes. I was the only car in the drive thru. 5 minutes before my order was taken, 2 minutes at the window, and 11 minutes pulled around to wait at the doors for my simple order. Upon getting home I first realized they didn’t put sauce in the bag that I asked for. Then I opened a taco up and found the most pathetic taco I’ve EVER seen. Picture posted to prove it. The only positive was the girl at the window was nice. But considering she tried to give me the wrong drink and forgot my sauce, that kinda cancels that out.

Honestly if I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. I don’t even go out of my way to usually write reviews, but this location is absolutely terrible. I’ve only had bad experiences which keeps me from coming to this location all together. Every time I give it another chance I am reminded exactly why I should never go back here. The last 3 times I’ve even tried to go “the systems are down”. I honestly believe the workers are running it into the ground and just don’t want to work. They act like it is an inconvenience if you come through the drive thru. I shouldn’t feel bad for spending almost $3 on a soft taco which is ridiculous in general. I will drive out of my way to go to a different location or just get something else because honestly it’s usually about convenience but it is totally inconvenient every single time.

My cashier Camella has amazing customer service!!!! She was prompt fast and very pleasant. You do not see this much anymore in this industry. Definitely makes me a repeating customer!!!!!!

The manager, Robert took my order and was a friendly gentleman along with the rest of the crew and then on top of that I ordered my food got my food in the bag and it was messed up, but here’s why I give it a five stars not only was he hospitable about the mess up he admitted to it,he made up for it, and was respectful all the way through. Even when I told him I would just take the fries, he offered to remake my whole order fresh and gave it to me. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My order was doubled they only gave me one drink. I ordered the cantina chicken combo. What a rip-off! 3 peices of chicken in a “shell” with a sprinkle of cheese. Some had sauce and most didn’t. Horrible!

Honestly so glad this place was shut down. The food was always terrible. I found a hair in my food not once but twice. The manager was disrespectful and just a terrible person. Absolutely garbage establishment. Not sure how it stayed open so long.
