My husband and I ate here and were sadly unimpressed. The food was good, but didn’t really seem all that special, which I feel bad for saying. He had the sandwich with au jus sauce and I had a Philly cheese steak. The individual parts of our sandwiches were good, but somehow the combination as a sandwich left something wanting. The price for the sandwiches seemed pretty high, too, even with inflation. Oh, and they have a cool little corner with free Dum Dums for kids–except there weren’t any there for us to bring home for our kids.

First time to Capriotti’s but I’ve heard legends regarding their “Bobbie” sandwhich so I knew it was a must try. It was AMAZING. I got a half sandwhich made hot. Had slow roasted turkey, with hand made stuffing and cranberry sauce with mayo. I was skeptical that the cranberry sauce wouldn’t ruin the taste but it was the perfect balance between sweet and savory. I should’ve got the “whole” size. Definitely a place I’ll check out again.

Asked for a little extra dressing/ sauce. Instead got a ton of coleslaw- so much it dripped everywhere and made the sandwich soggy. Ordered for extra cheese but couldn’t find any.
Someone had their kid there and a customer bought in another. They both proceded to run about the whole place and make lots of noise for 15 minutes or so.
Probably won’t go back for a long time.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that it is clean.
I ordered an Original Italian. I was wondering why it was taking so much longer than my coworker’s that was a hot sandwich, it’s just cold cuts with cheese and veg. By the time I get a sandwich, he’s already done with his.
I open the wrapping to see chicken and bacon. By this point, I’m hungry and running out of lunch break. So, instead of taking the time to fix it, I just eat it. Mistake. It was the driest, most flavorless sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Barely any mayo, no other sauce. The only flavor was the black pepper on the slices of unripe tomato that was providing the only moisture the sandwich had. I’m glad I ordered a large drink, because I needed the whole thing to wash down the dry, overcooked chicken and bacon.
For how empty it was during the lunch rush, I should have at least got the right sandwich.

I used to love this place, anytime we were in Lehi, we would go, but the customer service this time turned me away. Chris (not sure if that’s spelled right) the GM @ Murray was able to help me get it resolved, and I will gladly drive there instead. I placed a pick up order and our plans changed. I tried calling 6 times Saturday, 5 times sunday, and 3 times monday to cancel the order and than finally gave up and tried another location. Thankfully they were able to help, but who wants to deal with that. Whether they are busy or not, after 15 phone calls someone should pick up the phone. Honestly, was not impressed and won’t be back. The customer service lost my business.

I have been wanting to try the chicken Parmesan sub here for a long time. I got the medium sub in a meal and it was about $18. That felt like a lot, especially after a tip. It’s a good size though, I left full. I was pretty disappointed in the sub though, especially after how much I paid. The peppers didn’t seem to go with the sandwich and there was very little marinara sauce. The chicken was dry and just didn’t taste great. I will probably give a different sub another shot eventually but not anytime soon.

Capriotti’s has delicious food and a fun environment. We tried the sandwiches and loved every one. Our favorites were The Bobbie, Chicken Chipotle Crunch and the Grilled Chicken Parm. The BBQ Chicken and Cole Turkey were close runners up. We will definitely be back for more!

I like how unique the subs are, and I like the price. However I’m not a huge fan of the selection. I had a hard time figuring out what I’d like. I ended up getting the meatball sub, which isn’t my favorite, but was pretty good for a meatball sub.
I also tried their thanksgiving meal sandwich (forgot the name), and it was alright. It was a cold sandwich, and I’m already not a fan of thanksgiving meals. I know people who absolutely love that sandwich though.

My husband and I came here on a Saturday for lunch. The place was spotless and clean, and the staff was very friendly. When our sandwiches were ready they brought them out to us. I had the vegetarian philly cheesesteak and my husband had the real one. they were hot and fresh and absolutely delicious! I will be back for the vegetarian philly. I was so impressed with the quality.

Capriotti’s is a unique sandwich shop with flavorful and unique combinations. I tried the bobbie this time, which is like a Thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich. It was hearty, succulent and the flavors combined very well and merged into a taste explosion in my mouth. The bread is soft and enjoyable, but barely can contain the amount of ingredients they stuff inside. I thought my sandwich was a little small for what I paid, until I started into it and realized there was a lot of food there. I had a filling meal.
