We came to drive thru and placed order.
Was surved with not great respect. Took food to parking space to check that all food was there. Realized was missing a pintos and cheese. Drove around thou drive thru as the lobby was locked. The handed out our pintos and cheese. We proceeded to leave and as pull out on to road. My son opens his said pintos and cheese to find cold beans and no sauce.

Went thru the 8th st Queensgate drive thru midnite Dec 22 and I knew by the attitude of the person taking the order that this would be negative. I got to the window and no problems dealing with her until I pulled away. I looked into the bag and they didn’t wrap anything up right so all the food contents tacos burritos were all in a pile in the bottom of the bag. I drove home emptied the bag on 2 plates and fed it to the dog. This was my 2nd poor experience at this location in a week the only 2x I’ve been there. A few days ago they left out half the order and had to drive back etc. I asked around and they all say yeah we don’t go to that Taco Bell we’ll pass it up and go to Delhi western hills or covington.. don’t waste ur time and money. I don’t want anything free or credits.. ✌️

Orders did not come out very good. Believe it was the manager on duty, who was extremely RUDE wouldn’t listen and was very argumentative with staff and patrons. This woman yelled at me as a customer. I have never been treated like that in a restaurant.

The staff I rude, it lunch hour and my hands are dirty. I had to ask 5x with no response until the guy went and put in code for the bathroom! THEY HAVE CODES ON BATHROOM, what the hell….but yeah he acted so inconvenienced and I just wanted to smack the attitude out of him. The Taco Bell employees were very rude after I got my receipt. I was standing there waiting for my name to be called the women in the back that were cooking. My food was in my view of site and they asked me if I could please not stand there and then threw a sign up, and then slapped my food on top of the counter when I got my food and was eating it half of the stuff wasn’t on there. The soft shells were ripped up. They did it on purpose. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had if I was anybody that wanted to eat a Taco Bell, I would go to anywhere but this location, the Burlington Florence Alexandria Colerain area are the best. Taco Bell’s. This location is the worst everybody I know they refuse to go here and they go out of their way. Just eat Taco Bell somewhere else.

I have given them multiple tries. Every single time we visit, they give very little meat on the Tacos, other items are also starting to be skimped out on protein as well.
At this point, can no longer go here or advise anyone else that wants Taco Bell.
