Got a Crunchwrap had to waste half of it because there wasn’t hardly any meat on it, waited almost an hour for my food and placed an online order. This place really needs new workers and to drug test the people that work there. I won’t be going there anymore.

I require gluten-free meals, so it’s hard to get fast food, especially late in the evening. So I paced my order on the app, got there, told them my name, and they started making it then (1 hour before closing). I ordered 4 taco supremes because the regular tacos taste lifeless. Amazing what tomatoes and sour cream can do, when they bother to put it on (They made sure to uncharged me, though). None of the tacos that were made had ANY tomatoes or sour cream on them, and the last one barely had anything inside it at all. All for $3 a piece, wasted $12 bucks AND STILL WENT TO BED HUNGRY!! What a crock! I’ll drive 10 miles to the other exits to go to a better Taco Bell before I ever come back to this one. Pathetic!!

Thankfully, the OTHER Taco Bells do a much better job when I travel/vacation. This one, not so much!

Our items didn’t have anything inside them… almost like eating tortilla with no filling. Photo is of Crunch Wrap Supreme. – Very disappointing! Proof we just shouldn’t eat at Toxic Hell.

As you can see this is my order and here is the nachos, called up there and the girl on the phone was rude when I called about how you pay this extra money to get nothing you paid extra for. She said I can come tonight or in the morning and she knew in fact there was 2 managers on the line and she knew my food was checked which is clearly a lie! In photo below do you see extra beef? Extra sour cream? Tomatoes? But my food was checked by a manager. I opened it to see if the topping were underneath, nope. All they did was extra nacho chips. After she stated that she said I can speak to the GM tomorrow and then hung up on me. Not even the manager came to the phone or was offered to speak to the manager the girl was the managers messenger. Not the first time for this location I have given multiple chances, no customer service, rude and food is always cold, never fresh. Until tonight when hung up on not clarifying my orders that were wrong to make sure the food is correct this time. Very disappointing.

Ordered 2 chicken cheese quesadillas – got all the way home only to find no cheese and barely any chicken, also not cut, but loaded with jalapeño sauce.

Came back through the drive through to get it fixed only to receive 2 more disgusting tortillas loaded with sauce and barely anything else. For $7 a quesadilla this is outrageous and SO disappointing.

Worst experience ever, I paid almost $15 for this which is restaurant prices at that point.

This Taco Bell is horrible, only car in line and was told hold on a moment at speaker, 15 minutes later I pulled around and walked in to get my mobile order and no one in the store and waited a few minutes and a male and female employee both came out of the bathroom. I decided to not get my already purchased food and will have to request a refund through corporate.

The food here was amazing. It looked just as good as on the commercials. The whole place was very clean! Dining room, bathroom, and as far back behind the counter as I could see was all clean! The manager Caitlyn is a sweetheart to us and the other customers I observed. Great job to all the staff! Keep it up! We will be back again!

I went through the Taco Bell drive-thru at 10 PM, and there were only a few cars ahead of me. I was initially excited that it wasn’t busy, but I quickly learned why. When I reached the window, the employee asked me to pull around and park in the lot, where all customers were waiting for their food to be brought out.

I ended up waiting about 20 minutes for my order. As a former Taco Bell employee I understand exactly why this happens: when a car pulls up to the window, a timer starts, and it only stops when the car drives away. This location seems to be manipulating those numbers to make their window times look better. During my wait, I saw two employees sitting outside for several minutes.

I’m sharing this as constructive feedback in hopes that this location can focus on improving service times in a way that feels more transparent and customer-friendly.

Went and ordered the new cheesey street chalupas and they literally put 3 small slices of meat. The tacos were all breading. Not worth the price. If you could taste the neat they would be good. And this was after we had to go back because they forgot our 2 orders of fries and the staff tried to argue that they gave us the fies. We’ll If you gave us the fries I wouldn’t have driven all the way back up here after going home to get them!!! Not impressed at all

Starting off putting this review in an hour ago. Had to stop. So now that I’m doing it I took a look at the last two reviews and I have to say I’m shocked but not shocked that even the last two reviews alone had one Star exactly like how I’m rating. I will update and possibly increase the rating depending on what happens after this. I would like to say first and foremost do you ever read this, please do not respond with some automated message IF you really care. Plz ACTUALLY do something about the issues that you see on Google reviews & reach out to people!
First I want to say I’m not sure what it is about Taco Bell’s, but the Eastgate location and this location is terrible! I’m only saying this because I’m not had ONE successful trip since I had tried to do four separate Uber eats pickups between the Eastgate and Milford location just in the last month. Every single time it’s been a skate that I’ve had the issue with up until this morning at around 2:15 a.m. on June 2nd 2024.

I received an order. Went to pick it up here at the Milford location YES at this address. I pull up to the speaker and was not greeted at all. I thought that was odd but I sat there for a few minutes and nothing happened. So I drove up to the window and I can hear water running and pans being moved around or washed etc which obviously let me know that somebody is in there or workers are in there. I even did something I’ve never thought of doing before or what attempt to do until tonight. I opened up my car door and knocked on the window. Nobody came up to the window. I started to reverse to go back to the speaker to give it one more shot. As I began to back up I saw a car come around that was going to come up to the speaker. I opened up my car door and I asked them if they were picking up an order too. They said that they were just there to order food. Struck up a conversation with that person for about 30 seconds. I asked if they knew that online it shows that they are open till 3:00 a.m. and the girl replied by saying yes. She also said which I thought was weird that she had tried calling and nobody picked up. After that She only waited for about a minute behind me and she left. I still sat there for a minute or two and tried to get somebody to respond. I started to pull for it again and as I approached the window there happened to be a guy who was passing by and caught a glimpse of me. His name was Gabriel I found out. I told him I was there to pick up an order and he said they close at 2:00 am. I told him that it shows online that they are open until 3:00 a.m. he responded by telling me that he is aware but he doesn’t know why that it shows that they’re open till 3:00 a.m. because they are only open until 2:00 a.m. and IF they truly are open until 3:00 a.m. which by the way online indicates that they are open until 3:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays like a lot of other fast food restaurants that stay open a little bit later on those particular days because it’s a weekend, and Gabriel said, IF we are open until 3:00 a.m., my GM has not said anything to me and they need to update us and let us know. He said, in fact I plan on asking my GM about that tomorrow which I’m assuming he meant today. At the beginning of the conversation he said that he’s been aware of this for months. But towards the end of the conversation I asked him how long this has been going on for? He then said for about a month. What did he mean by that? After he made the statement about the GM needing to let them know if they are open until 3:00 a.m., he said that that needs to be done so that they don’t have to keep turning away a bunch of people who are coming to pick up orders or others getting food. I lost out on more than $15 because of this. Either way Taco Bell needs to update google, their site, & employees.
