Worst Taco Bell experience ever! Still shocked. Was told to calm down in front of other customers. Added an order of the new fried chicken nuggets. They were really bad. Too hard to bite inside. I do want to say that there was an employee named Jordan who stepped up and was helpful. Probably won’t ever return to this location.

This taco bell is decent during the day but come evening, they can’t handle what I would consider a normal flow of business for fast food at dinner time. Other taco bells have had no issue with many more customers flooding their restaurants. Took an hour to get my food. No reason it should take this long. If the door dash orders are an issue than at some point they should turn it off. Other restaurants do that.

I know its nothing serious but its the point. the last 5 times we’ve bought from here on doordash. any of the side sauces that we pay for! the sour cream , cheese sauce is never put in the bag. yall shouldn’t even charge for it as much as people pay for it and dont get it! learn to read the order and do it 1 item at a time . They need new employees on night shift every single one of them. They don’t care about customers. They mouthly as hell. It’s every day I would avoid the place at all costs. I waited 40 minutes for one order tonight. Along with 10 other doordashers. The people at the counter eating in waited just as long. They need a new manger. Had an hour long wait for a mobile order than they couldn’t process my refund. There was an employee named Lilly who did the managers job and talked to and helped the crowd of people in the lobby while the manager stayed out of sight. Things happen I’m not mad about the wait hiding from your customers and having no sense of urgency isnt the way to handle the problem. Shout out to Lilly for going above and beyond to provide customer care when the leadership failed to!

I got two of the lux boxes and i got chips and cheese with one and cinnamon twists with the other they tasted like old oil and smelt funky plus they didn’t put meat in my beefy burrito and on top of that the workers where rude and i seen them touch money with there bare hands and touch my food this is ridiculous for even fast food at this point they need a clean slate with workers they never have the inside open extremely long wait times for the service you get i would advise everyone else to take there money else where they have tutorials online to make them 100 times better

Awful, worst Taco Bell in the area, you will literally get your order faster if you drive to a different one. Every single employee here is also on some sort of nonsense and they take extra time to discuss personal issues and just be lazy. And they’re always understaffed
