Employees can’t make food right. They act like there’s a shortage of food. I paid for my order. I want what I should have gotten. Half full taco when I ADDED beans to it. It should be falling out of the shell. This location is the worse in Chattanooga.

Spent $14 on a tiny portion of steak garlic fries that wasnt even full and a ten piece nugget that was probably an hour old. Never had a problem here before. Wasn’t given a receipt but I have pictures. Typical of food service these days. When I was a cook we never sent poor quality food out. Nobody is perfect but this is pathetic.

I pulled into the drive thru between 830-9pm on 11•04•25 and only had one person in front of me and still had to wait close to 15 minutes for the girl to take the order of the person in front of me and when that person pulled forward I then had to wait another 10 minutes to have my order taken and this is in a drive thru.
When I finally get to the window the young girl who took my order over the speaker had a major attitude. I’m usually pretty easy going when it comes to people working I. The food service industry because I’ve worked in that industry for a number of years but to have to wait for 25 minutes to even have my order taken when there was only one person in front of me is ridiculous.

Empty lobby aside from my family and entire lobby is a mess/trashed. Based on reviews it’s been like this and management doesn’t care clearly as these posts go months back….
Also food was all messed up and they made an issue to fix so I’m stuck with a wrong order and one worker using the kiosk also picked up TRASHHHH. And went to the line to make food I yelled at her to change gloves and gave me attitude. Of all the Taco Bell’s I have been 2 in America this is the king at being the worst. It’s crazy now that I look at the reviews…..

I am extremely allergic to guacamole, and I specifically asked for no guacamole on my food. When I called in to get a refund, I was told the manager could not give me a refund because I was not in the business. So I did not get to eat my food because that would’ve hospitalized me and the manager refused to give me a refund because I was not in the store. We had Already left, and I did not have a way of getting back to the store. If a ticket says no guacamole, you don’t put guacamole on the food… It’s that simple. If I had gotten a burrito, I wouldn’t have noticed the guacamole and I would have been in the hospital. This is not OK. Thankfully the food I ordered the guacamole was clearly there, but I still don’t get to eat it. Read the tickets….

Slow service, poor customer service skills. And for some reason they think they need to be outside smoking and policing the parking lot when they are already slow as Christmas getting the orders out. Took forever to get food and was asked to pay again when my order was just sitting around and no one put it up front or said anything.

My son ordered delivery from your store on Broad St. in Chattanooga tn and O must say that I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. The store is not ten minutes from my home and the food was absolutely cold and you can tell that it was not fresh and very skimpy on the chicken. It looked lije it was just thrown into the container. I will not be ordering from this location again.

this is one of the better t bells in the area. they consistently get your food out fast, the workers are super nice and they work hard here. the building design makes it a night mare to get in and out of.
