Worst Taco Bell around by far. The food is okay but you’re order will almost always be wrong or missing something. If you go inside you’ll immediately become depressed from the vibes of the employees that look like they are one thing away from quitting themselves and I wouldn’t blame them they are horrible at their job. The management team for this location clearly gave up a long time ago and are just in it for their mediocre paycheck. Scumbags!

I’m trying to figure out why it is so hard to do a very simple job and or be semi friendly to the customers. After not eating here for 6 months because the workers don’t care about speed or quality, I figured I’d give them a try again. What do you know… same story different day. If you don’t like your job, find a new one. Food was made wrong, food was cold and the kid at the front acted like it was an inconvenience to hand me my cup for my drink. Absolute joke. Take some pride in what you do or move on.

By far one of the worst taco bells I’ve ever been to.. and I travel around the country. I do not appreciate after every item I say I get a response of is that it.. is that it… And when I specifically say no I don’t want the normal because people are allergic y’all still put everything on it. Rude as hell. It was like they wanted me to only order 2 items and anything over that was a inconvenience. Stop hiring teenagers who act like it’s a big deal to do their jobs . I will gladly take my business for Taco Bell outside of Trenton. I don’t know who is worse for costumer service y’all or Dominos.

It took FOREVER (almost ten minutes!) for someone to actually come take my order. Understandable if they were busy (they weren’t) or short-staffed (also a no), but several employees took note of the fact that my friend and I were there and just continued about whatever they were doing- none of which involved serving a customer or preparing food, at least not from what I could see. There was an apparent issue with a Door Dash order while I sat and ate my tacos- which were ok, nothing special but definitely good and fresh- that I’m not sure ever got resolved, as the only thing I saw it heard in regards to fixing the problem was when the (shift?) manager loudly refused to contact Door Dash customer service when asked to by the dasher, in order to detail the problem and assist the dasher with the resolution. I ordered the nacho bell grande, and a couple drinks. … this is not the first time the chips were terrible, stale and tasting burnt. There are timers for every item. Throw out the old chips. Change the oil regularly. Yes fast food is a first time job for a lot of young people stepping out in the world but please do the job correctly. Thank you
