They definitely close way before 11 pm. I placed a mobile order at 10:30 and was there around 10:35 pm. The restaurant was locked and the staff in the drive through said they were closed.

Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a customer service worker for no good reason…I was spoken to by a young adult like they had no self respect or respect for others. She yelled at me, slammed the window in my face multiple times, made to wait at the window to pay while she took multiple orders because she believed I was rude for wanting to give the code at the window instead of the speaker, she snatched my card from me and basically threw it back at me while speaking to me in a way that was very disrespectful. In the end I got my food and the chicken nuggets were inedible and the bun was stale almost hard. This is not my first bad experience here but this is definitely the worst and last . Oh and don’t bother calling the number on the window they don’t call you back because I have tried before .

To the owner: You have the most disrespectful McDonald’s employee I’ve ever spoken to. I was there today (Dec 16) around lunch time to pickup an order. The staff, a woman is somewhat elderly and most likely of Latina descent, she was incharged in preparing orders at the counter (I entered the store and not on drive-thru). I won’t go into the specifics of what transpired today, but to sum it up, I simply want you to know that you have the most impolite employee in all of McDonald’s—no manners at all. The young lady employee that accompanied her is far more courteous. I hope that others won’t have the same experience I had at your store.

I stop in maybe once a month on my way to work for a drive through breakfast. The staff is always so pleasant and efficient. When I want a McDonald’s breakfast sandwich I have two choices on my route to work and I always choose Old Orchard because they are so consistent and professional.

9/16/25 The workers, both drive thru and inside are an absolute joke. STOP STEALING OUR MONEY!!!! When we pay for an order, how the hell is it so hard to at least send half of it on a pick-up. Who is in charge of checking orders and comparing it to the actual receipt? Management needs to PAY ATTENTION

I have tried to go there twice in the past couple months. First time, I never even got to order. I have no idea if anyone was working. Lights were on but several cars pulled away because they were not taking orders in the drive thru although the menu and lights were active.
Second time, the line was very slow but moving. I sat at the speaker for no less 10 minute, probably 30 or so in the drive thru. They finally take my order and then tell me they were only accepting cash. I told them they needed to inform people earlier in line and how frustrating it was with 2 hungry kids in the car. The employee told me they were the one stressed out. I waited at the window and saw employees inside. There was 1 person who seemed to be working, the others were just standing around that I saw. There are so many things they can do to improve this location, even when in bad situations, such as being understaffed.

I frequent here more than id like to admit, but id like to give a special shout out to the black lady that wears the face mask who runs the drive thru. The past 2 years she has been nothing but incredibly kind and friendly.
This entire restaurant has really gone up in quality and service. All the other staff are incredibly kind whenever I come, and the one very rare time that my order was wrong, they were more than happy to correct it.
Shout out to the Webster Groves McDonald’s staff. Yall are great!
