Friendly and fast service this morning! Food came out good and not thrown together. Hash browns were a little greasy, but they had to survive a 20 min ride to work so they were also a little steamed.

New location, my wife ordered 2 beef chalupa combos, manager told her the fryer was not working so they could only make 1 of the 2 orders we placed?? Then once we recieved the order they sent out chicken chalupas instead of beef. The soft tacos that come with the meal were poorly wrapped (the tortilla, not the paper wrapper) and very messy. There seems to be no quality control. The girl taking our drive thru order was very polite and professional, the manager seemed to be on edge. Most likely over worked. May try visiting one more time to see if things change. Whomever owns this franchise please read the reviews on your facility and make the appropriate changes. We love taco bell and have high expectations of the franchise.

Older man who works there is very rude towards customers and worse to his staff. A simple question would turn into some sort of backlash and one girl walked away entirely after trying to remind him of something. Tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but then a customer tried to order and he started yelling at them too!

The food was unfortunately really bad, they didn’t have any of the fryers working so we couldn’t get the food we had already paid for. The rice felt like plastic it was so hard. The people seemed nice though.

I pulled up at 12:30 a lady takes my order then another lady takes over the order she was speaking so fast I couldn’t what she was saying I asked her could she slow down so I could understand she got so rude and disrespectful told me she didn’t have to take my order like I did something wrong she needs not to be on order taking if you don’t like your job find another one women working in drive thru are so rude now dats something has to change like it’s the customer’s fault u make minimum wage with a college degree
