I’ve never had a chili cheese burrito that was served cold. Cheese wasn’t melted at all. I tried to call and inform the team that was working but the number listed on receipt and online is a fax? The girl working the drive thru took my card, handed a drink, and then handed food without ever making any eye contact. Bad experience from a usually good store.

DO NOT GO HERE! Customer service was terrible, the employees in the drive thru not only made a rude remark towards me stating “she doesn’t even know what she wants” while I was ordering but also forgot my chicken chalupa that I paid for, which I wouldn’t be too bothered about if they were at least nice. Also to end it off all my food was cold and my potato fiesta bowl was way too over cooked it was BURNT. Please save your time and money and go to a different restaurant.

Rarely go here unless I’m really hungry. There’s nothing wrong with the food itself. It’s the service and the orders. Second time I’ve been here in about a year and the second time the order was completely wrong. I’m just sorry I waited till I got all the way home to open the bag. Wouldn’t have been so bad if it was something I would have actually eaten, but it wasn’t something I would eat. Quality control here is not good.

I placed a mobile order like 10 minutes before arriving which I’m okay with waiting but I didn’t even get to speak before the person on the microphone was speaking rude to me saying it takes 25 minutes to process the order. There was nobody else in the drive through. Treating people like that is just not acceptable.

Lunch crew is always friendly and has my food ready quickly and it’s always fresh and hot. Don’t waste your time going to other locations, drive the extra few minutes to come to this one since it’ll be better than the others in the area.

Absolutely worst customer service at this location. Gave them several chances thinking maybe an employee had a bad day. Nope. It’s every time. Employees are very rude and unprofessional. Highly highly recommend going to any of the other stores. They messed up each order as well.

As of recent, the experience is not as enjoyable. The employees were friendly, the service was prompt. Now… During their normal business hours, some days they are closed because of the lack of employees. The ones that they do have are very short and rude. Asking for sauce is like I’m asking for a percentage of the company. One lady at the drive thru told me that they don’t do add on orders at the window because Jimmy working on the line gets mad. It’s a complete S show.
