Just went through the drive thru, the store was practically a ghost town. When getting to the window, the lady with brown shoulder length hair working the drive thru gave us our food and did not say a word to us as if we were hassling her. The food was not fresh and the potatoes tasted like they had been sitting for at least an hour. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone else – it’s not that hard to say hi to someone or care about your job even just a little bit.

I come here often as it’s near my work. Usually they’re pretty good and quick but I went just the other day and went through the drive through. I only ordered 3 simple items and a drink. I was handed a bag that seemed unusually large and I checked inside and saw it was not what I had ordered. I was still at the drive through so I asked for the correct food. I was then handed a bad that had a ticket on it with what I ordered. As I drive away I check the inside and it once again was something completely different from what I ordered. I turned around and went inside this time to correct it. Sat in the lobby for almost 10 minutes for two cheese roll ups and a hard taco. I did not receive any discount or coupon for inconvenience I barely got an apology. Don’t wanna sound like a Karen but I was very inconvenienced and I don’t play about my Taco Bell.

Worked all day on Sunday and was starving so I stopped by here to get some food around 10-10:30 and none of my tacos were filled to a decent amount. Literally had a pit in my stomach because I was so hungry and drove home to eat my shells of tacos.

I arrived at 10pm when the store is open until 1am. I pulled up to the drive through and was told “we are not taking orders go away”. I then tried to drive out of the drive through while they were actively serving another customer. I then tried to go out the way I came and he was now actively taking an order from another customer. Terrible service and terrible people.

I will not use an unsanitary and confusing kiosk software menu or touch it after several hundred people have put their grimy hands on it right before I eat. I will walk out after seeing this sign every time.

Waving have humans in a restaurant anymore they want you to do everything automated which is ridiculous four people standing around for you to punch a kiosk to order your food I didn’t go out to eat to work lot of bad lattice on my taco workers didn’t seem to care
