Before attending a concert, we decided to get a bite to eat at the Taco Bell right by Crossroad Church ⛪️. It was extremely clean & fast service with self serve kiosks to place your order. As always food tasted great & was nice & hot. We love the cantina specialty items. Not only are they serving the food hot and delicious but the cantina items are spicy ️ good too.

Instead of having someone work the drive thru there is now an AI ordering system. I’d rather have human interaction when ordering my food but I guess corporate is too cheap to pay employees. Might help if your chalupas weren’t stale.

I want to give this a 1 star bc of the AI. I hate it. It doesn’t give you time to look over the menu and it misunderstands what your saying so it adds wrong items. You can tell it to take items off so thats good I guess but I want to be able to talk to a real person. Wich leads me to why I gave a 2 star, the workers could tell I was struggling with the AI and jumped on and finished my order for me. The girls were so nice. I would rather give my money to those who work hard instead of a computer.

* bad review* * * this place deserves to know about their service… I arrived at 5:52, nobody was at the counter…order finally taken at 6:03….we left with our two items 6:15….and the one item I ordered was a train wreck….see pic…
couldn’t go back right away because we were running behind for rehearsal…because it took so long ….second time in a row we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. never going back. my chalupa was also overcooked and near unedible….but we had to eat before a 3 hour rehearsal…..so extremely disappointed. don’t go to this one people!

Why is this the worst taco bell in the area. Food never fresh. Place looks dirty. Staff not friendly. Order 15 sauce packets and get 2. Will eat anywhere but this taco bell location specifically.

Had two door dash orders had to wait a total of 20 mins because they wanna listen to music and take drive thru orders first and not get the door dash orders out at an appropriate time now I’m going to have to call door dash support and dispute the fact of why two peoples orders were late bc they don’t care about their job so that makes everyone else late especially door dash!

Really just depends on the day or who is working I think as to whether your order is well made or not at all Taco Bells.
I have had good luck at this location. The others in Mansfield can be very sparse with toppings & recently set random close times based on staff issues. The last 3 times prior to this visit I went at 11 pm & both Ontaruo locations just closed early.
I wish they would permanently bring back the Mexican Pizza. Obviously popular & seems they have the ingredients on hand for it…
