I was so excited when I saw the mini taco salad, I made a run for the border. I ordered 2. I was surprised by the quality of the food, but not in a good way. You see, in my younger years I worked at Taco Bell, and the taco salad was my favorite. So I had such high hopes for the new mini version. Unfortunately for me the mini taco salad should be called the bean salad with a little taco added. It was over half bean. I haven’t been this disappointed since the browns moved to baltimore. Just kidding, I hate football. But that just shows how disappointed I was. Try harder taco bell or leave the past in the past.

I went through the drive-thru order two boxes with each having different specifications for me and my grandma and when I got it they didn’t even care put it in boxes they just threw it in the bag and called it a day. This left us mad trying to figure out which one was ours. The food was great, but they need to do better than this.

Good spot to be, chill, clean. Expensive though for Americanized Mexican. Fast and there are cheaper options like bean and rice burrito being $1. Decent value for sure.

I don’t feel they deserve any stars, between the food, the service all of it was ignorant, sloppy and disrespectful! I order at this Taco Bell almost daily! I order this cantina quesadilla almost daily! So when I got home and opened my food to it falling apart like this with all meat on one side and nothing but sauce on another and it’s ripping not even evenly, I was frustrated the entire point of a quesadilla is so it’s cut to make it easier to eat and less mess! So I called the store in Shelby Ohio and I spoke with the manager on duty on Monday evening, I know the man’s face but do not know his name! Which I will be finding out and calling his boss. He flipped out calling me a “Karen” because I had everything I ordered. That’s not the point if I have everything I ordered. I work for my money and when I pay for food I expect it to be what it is supposed to look and taste like. Not a sloppy mess! As you see photo below the manager says this is exactly how this quesadilla is supposed to look. I will NEVER go back to this Taco Bell! And if this manager doesn’t know how to speak to people about complaints he needs to stay in his lane of just making tacos because his job is to take complaints that is exactly what a manager does! Between screaming, yelling name calling even so much to degrade me asking what I do for a living! “Which own my own business!” I am far from a bum trying to get a free meal! I spend money here literally every single day! Never again!

i got a veggie bowl. not even close to full like it has been when i’ve ordered it before, bonus points on two strands of hair in my guac. ordered mild sauce didn’t get any and no forks. also got nacho fries and the box was completely busted. absolutely disgusting.

The people who work there have no respect or regards for the job they do . First the order is wrong the chalupa that was in the bag was scattered and the drink had no ice . You guys must have a great manger good luck on future jobs

Nothing wrong with it, but this is a national franchise and this is a low cost of operation town. Most of the national value deals are not available here. If you live in Shelby, you got no choice. If you are driving down the road and there is another TB, best wait.

Your large Nacho fries are advertised outside in your drive thru area’s menu billboard for $ 3.49 per large serving. But, when I arrived at the payment window I was convinced differently and told that the large Nacho fries were $ 3.68 each. To make matters worse, due to my long workday and my huge appetite at the time of my visit to Taco Bell, I agreed to buy the large Nacho fries anyway and when I got my bag with the food in it and checked it out I was shocked to see that the large Nacho fries actually looked like a Small size of fries. Definitely NOT Large. And, for $ 3.68 (almost 4 dollars) it wasn’t a good value for the price!!!!! Since my significant other didn’t care for the Nacho cheese sauce I used it for dipping my bean burritos in it instead. Unfortunately, being trash collection night, I already disposed of the Nacho fries container earlier and so am unable to share a photo of it.
