Shelby Ohio store says open until 3am Friday-Saturday but you pull through at 2:20am and they play the (sorry we are closed) I work 10 hr shifts (3:15p-1:45a) mon-fri it would be nice to get late night tbell after work but this store doesn’t follow hours apparently.

I ordered a taco that was full of sour cream and the grilled cheese steak burrito. I received a sour cream taco and a cheese tortia sour cream burrito minus burrito n steak only thing that didn’t have a ton of sour cream was the taco pizza…. it’s like someone forgot the rest of the tacos and burrito… horrible impressions

find myself infuriated with your location. First, I pull up see a employee sitting outside smoking marijuana. I understand times are different, but what kind of astablishment allows employees to smoke on the job. I didn’t get her name appeared young girl had glasses, an appearance was sloppy, On top of this issues, it took me just under 8 minutes at the window to get my food. Guy aggressively handed my bag, an immediately shut the window in my face. Your food prep workers are awful my food was made sloppy, wasn’t wrapped alll the way, my burrito was torn, the taco shell broken an contents spilling out in the bag. I will never do my business at this location again. The employee girl smoking needs terminated immediately. Train your food prep employees to be better. All in all the food was hot, tasted great, reasonably priced, order attendant was great, she was very friendly.

Just ordered food which included mango whip drink. I was given to me coming out of the container. I had to get napkins to try to mop it up while I got my fountain drinks. I drove 2 miles home and it’s all separated and undrinkable. Not what was ordered. Unless you are desperate, avoid.

I can tell you that i worked fast food for 17yrs and i would never serve such low quality food as this taco bell….the mansfield taco bell is 110 percent better quality and knows what customer service is supposed to be. I have lived in shelby all my life and was sooo excited to have our own taco bell but honestly if i have the opportunity to go to Mansfield over shelby, iI do and i will because the quality of the food sucks in Shelby and the customer service is even worse!!! I normally don’t write reviews but something has to give with Shelly’s taco bell. It’s time for the DM’s to step up and take control!!
