The lady was absolutely rude as I was picking up a door dash. I was trying to make sure everything was there for the customer and she got snarky with me and acted like it wasn’t her problem. We order thru Door Dash at least once a week and every time they manage to get something messed up. Today we ordered and got what we usually get, except when it got here I ordered 2

I haven’t had Taco Bell in so long that they don’t even make my usual anymore however the girl working overheard the drive through person say they didn’t make chicken gordita supremes anymore and jumped in saying “she’s new she wasn’t here when we served that item, but we can make it for you…” I didn’t even know that they were made with flatbread…just thought that they were made with soft flour tortillas….so I said ok you know I trust you and they were perfect thank you so much for giving me the Taco Bell experience I needed

Service is fine. Drive thru was very polite but cash value for what is served is 0/10. Ordered 2 items and a drink and it was $12-which is ridiculous – but also the tortillas tasted raw and the quality of the food (for $12) was 0/10.

Fresh remodel is contemporary offering an open view of your food as it is being prepared. Large windows allow plenty of natural light. Ordering kiosks allow for faster service.

This Taco Bell location does a good job at making tasty food, but the service isn’t always great. I’ve needed to go inside a few times because of a wrong or missing item. There was one time they made my online order as soon as I placed it, causing the food to be cold by the time I arrived. There are times where this location is slow, but I’ve noticed this at a lot of fast food locations in New Philadelphia, so I don’t think this is unique.

The employees at this specific location are not customer friendly. I was handed a drink not filled up, and when I asked for them to fill it or add extra ice, the man with beard was irritated. The last time I stopped at this location, they were mad because the automated AI order taking system asked me if I wanted to add on something and I asked a question and they had to come on and actually help with my order. Managers that are okay with bad attitudes, can ruin the whole staff. Someone needs to do some customer service training at this location.
