Actually Not Bad & AFFORDABLE!!! Me & my boo ate for $17.00!!!!
I was shocked! We both got a plate!

The people were kinda rude though & lazy at this location…..to me specifically.

I had asked for NO Red Peppers on my dish, so when it had them in there I brought the plate back up, he TOOK the plate from me & I sat down, a minute later he came back with it (the same plate) & offered to PICK the pepper OUT MY PLATE for Me!!!!

My expectations were to make me a new fresh plate, NOT offer to pick through my old plate ???? HUH ????
Thats actually GROSS disgusting

I just couldn’t believe it & will NOT go back to the N. ACADEMY location again, but will visit another location as the plates are pretty decent……
CONS: smaller portions & NO bread?!?!?
Huh??? What? Who eats pasta w/o bread? WHO?!??

Anyway, it’s not bad for the price.
FYI: ***My man did have to order 2 plates of pasta to get full though, bc they were smaller plates, so beware.

Still waiting for food 20 mins after ordering. It’s pre-cooked pasta with sauces from bags. How long can it take?

It’s also cold in here!

Got the food… Pot stickers were cold. Grilled chicken had tough inedible skin on it. Otherwise the taste was fine.

I’m just confused I love noodles and company but literally I go here all the time but the last few times I don’t understand what’s going on. I’ve gone there 3 different times recently and the staff tells me there is a 2 hour wait.. the first time it was packed so I understood. The last time I went in the lobby was dead and still a half hour wait? I’m confused.. I don’t wanna waste my time going here when there is always gonna be a long wait…

The worst customer service I’ve seen..
We arrived and there were a bunch of doordashers waiting for orders. We walk up to the register to order and we waited for 5 minutes, not a single employee talked to us or made eye contact.
They looked busy so I tried ordering on the app, but I didn’t have enough cell service to place the order, so we walked back up to the register and someone finally says ‘We will be with you in a moment’. After a minute or two, the phone rings and they take the phone call and disappear into the back room.
At this point we’ve wasted about 20 minutes total and have yet to even place an order. I wasn’t planning on wasting any more of my time waiting to order & waiting more to receive my food.
It seemed like we were invisible because we didn’t place a mobile order. I understand that you need to take care of your delivery orders, but it feels like that is the only business they will receive.

I just ordered kids meal x3 and crispy chicken x2. This is the most disappointing meal ever and I’m not gonna lie. Kids meal is trash like uncooked and tasteless not even salt was added. The noodles are hard to chew and my kids refused to eat when I tasted I realized why. I wasted my freaking time and money and will never go here. I was at the noodles and company on Interquest Colorado Springs and I told the server to cook the noodles extra to make it soft but wow . I don’t recommend at all. It’s a waste of time and money. The food also has an after taste which makes you wanna brush your teeth. This is unbelievable

I’ve eaten here about 4 times now. The first 2 two times, the food was amazing – the noodles were cooked perfectly, the Parmesan chicken was as cooked deliciously with a little crust on the outside and still a little juicy on the inside. The last 2 times, the food has been disappointing. The noodles are slightly burnt and dry, same with the chicken. The staff is always great and the restaurant is pretty clean but I don’t think I’ll be going here anymore.

The manager made me wait for her because She wa serving herself a drink meanwhile my time flies. I just needed the food. From what I know, customer is first… So sorry Noodles rest. w/your choice about this lady, hopefully there are more persons who really wanna work as a manager in your restaurant.

Food was good as usual. Menu board is advertising $1 large drinks through December 31. Had store associate enter rewards number, then we were told that the options were “greyed out.” Checked the receipt afterwards, and it appears our rewards were never entered. It might not be much, but if you’re going to advertise specials, you should make sure that your customers can use them!

Not sure what to really think of this place.This was our first time ordering. We did a online pick up order. Our food was ready on time but my noodles were kind of soggy (maybe due to packaging). I also added chicken which was $4 and honestly it was blah. It didn’t see like much food either and we go the large. My husband got the chicken alfredo and that was really good. The bread and sauce was also good. I’m not gonna lie, I don’t like the new norm of less food for more money. But, I will definitely try at least 1 more time.
