I ordered the fill up box which I thought was a good deal. The first thing is one of my biscuits was only a half of biscuit. Like someone took the bottom half off with a finger imprint in the top of it. Also I didn’t know that the nuggets were bite size? Like the ones in the bowls.

I have been to this location numerous of times and always have an issue. whether it is they no longer serve something that is still on the menu (which has happened 3x in the last month) or they messed up the order. usually they forgot to give us something or we ask for no lettuce for my daughter and end up getting a supreme . very disappointed in this location and corporate for constantly not carrying certain specials anymore but still having them listed on the menu AND the app.

My husband ordered soft tacos and said extra sour cream had very little on it, were out of the fries and received the chips and cheese sauce. Then had to wait for our drinks because the girl was talking on her cell phone and noticed we were still sitting there, and opened the window and asked if everything was alright. No we need our drinks. She gave them to us and said sorry.

I just want to say if you’re looking to eat Taco Bell don’t stop in Minerva Ohio. it was the worst place to go eat ever. every single bit of our $68 order was cold like it was sitting in a refrigerator for 12 hrs the KFC chicken was tuff and it tasted like rubber why is that I believe it’s because no one cares about the job personally I believe every single fast food joint in Minerva needs shut down it’s s dang shame I always loved Taco bell and McDonald’s Berger King so I’ll let you know the best taco bell I’ll give it a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is the one in New Philly Ohio. the best burger king I want to say I’ll give it also a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ only because I haven’t had no issue with is on raff road &17th St in Canton Ohio.
