Wife and I ordered some food and the burrito supreme I got was the same size as my beefy potato loaded griller. But the buritto supreme is 6.49 and the griller is 2.79 what a rip off. The prices of taco bell is ridiculous any more. So little food for the price. Not worth it any more.

Had a very simple order and there was nobody else in line in front of or behind me. Only ordered two tacos and a beefy five layer that I requested to be grilled. As you can see in the photo I assume it got stuck on the grill and they ripped the back half the burrito off Instead of remaking it right that’s what they served me. Very disappointing.

Theres only one piece that has chicken, seriously??? And the chalupa shell was stale. Am i in the wrong for wanting them to do a decent job on my order that i paid for? I called in to get a refund and the manager was very rude and mind you this was an after midnight order and he says i had to come to the store before 3 am or im out of luck. Probably will still be working there in 10 years. Learn how to make a taco. I will never go to this location again. Kevin D. was the managers name.

I would like to post and share that whoever made my meal. A 7 dollar box, on Wales rd in Jackson Ohio on Tuesday 5/27/25 at about 1030 did an amazing job. It was packaged neatly and very clean and orderly and the girl was very polite. Lee up the good work.

Employees were absolutely rude, made me wait for a bit as I already made the mobile order, food was gross and soggy, not worth it! Had them yelling in the background at each other definitely the most toxic place I’ve seen just rude in general! This is literally the worst Taco Bell. The most consistent thing about this place is that your order is messed up, missing items, or soggy each and every time you go. The female manager during the evenings doesn’t seem to care. You can’t even call the store to tell them you’re missing items. It just goes to a fax line. I know it’s taco bell and I shouldn’t expect much but I won’t be back to this location.
