Haven’t stopped at Rigerbertos in possibly 2 decades and I was starving. I remember their filling ratio to the Oregon burrito much differently. I remember there being more filling less burrito but apparently everyone is finding it hard these days. Though initial bite was nostalgic like I remember the more I ate the more the potatoes tasted more liked mashed potatoes. Eventually the wheat burrito overlapped the burrito so thick that was all I could taste. I decided I couldn’t finish the burrito so I tossed it.

Rough time, but like fine? have been here several times the first was for a promotional product, the entire staff had quit and the manager was closing early. The other time they remade a pizza and it was still wrong. Every other time they havent had any hot-n-readys

Just went to this store. I tried ordering the 7.99 make it a meal that was advertised on their menu. The person helping me not sure if it was male or female said they “couldn’t find it on their system” I pointed it out on the menu. This person was so rude. When I said that is false advertising their response was “ I don’t know i don’t think it’s that serious…this is little Caesar’s”. I asked for their name and was told “I don’t know” they refused to give me their name. I asked for a manager and was told “I am the manager”. I asked to talk to someone else and they said there is no other manager here and I asked to talk to anyone but them. They webt to the back and I could hear them talking about me. The lady that came up was nice, no problem with her. She was able to find the 7.99 deal that I was referring to but by that time the other “manager” said “refuse her” really? I’ve never been treated this way. So unprofessional. I will be taking this to corporate.

Stop letting Uber eats people order!!!! They are mean as hell and Had a whole crowd waiting for over a half hour. waiting on a skeleton crew to cook for an army that wasnt even present. Prioritize people who come in over people who are picking up. Don’t really intend on coming back because no one should have to wait for 30min +…the crew needs a raise too btw. Overworked slaves. They deserve better. We all do. (Update) went again recently. Same thing. Took forever. Oh and gave me a cheese pizza when I asked fore pepperoni. Just crazy how un prepared this group is.

Recently this location has one particular employee who always is excellent at customer service. I apologize for not knowing her name but the last two times I’ve been here she was working the register and she has been great at keeping up with the pace of things. I certainly do not mean this to say the other employees are not as good, I am only saying that this location has been great and I appreciate the good service

Tried to place an order online. There is no where to customize the order or leave a note. (Just wanted light sauce).
So I called and got transferred twice (kinda weird) then got transferred to someone who isn’t even at the store who kept telling me she couldn’t do any modifications on here side.
I repeatedly told her I just wanted light sauce and to add a note for light sauce.
Was told the only way I can do that is to go into the store to order. I asked how that made sense and she hung up on me.
What has happened to Little Ceasars? Felt like they were starting to turn into a great pizza place. But this customer service is absolutely terrible.

Pizza not that good at all and I waited for 30 min outside the location after I ordered it for drive thru pick up window. Definitely better pizza places in salem than this place.
