Ordered carry out after work, ordered 6 items 3 tacos, 2 gorditas, extra meat, nacho fries. Only person inside, 1 car in drive thru when order was placed, 4 people working…… 23mins later had to ask for my food, gave me extra fries for the inconvenience. Got home, won’t order extra meat again hate to see what regular meant.

My order was wrong, I supposed to get a chalupa and instead I got a beans and rice taco. The tortillas were not warm enough so they broke apart. I also change the beef for back beans and I got beef and one of the tacos.

The food was good, and very nice employees. I haven’t been in TB for a few months, and I was so surprised and disappointed with the high prices and the small amount of food they offer. I know… i know… The economy in our country is terrible, but Yikes! Went back today, they remodeled that Taco Bell. Very beautiful. How come you guys don’t offer the Taco Salad anymore?

I do not work here, however it’s extremely disappointing that this business chose to remain open during a dangerous snowstorm. Employee safety should come before profits, and this decision shows a lack of concern for the people expected to risk their safety just to keep doors open. No job is worth endangering lives, and this choice speaks volumes about how employees are valued here.

Ordered two tacos, paid almost $14 first one I open had what looks like to be part of a glove in it. Unacceptable for amount these days, what a waste, couldn’t even eat… disgusting.

I used to work at this location for 9 years (16-25yo) & was saddened at how much the store had gone downhill with constant order messups. I was anxious to see how my order would be now that the restaurant had been rebuilt. I decided to give it a try this evening for the first time since rebuild & to my immense surprise I was very pleased at how well it turned out! The cashier was very polite, and attentive. She verified my order, and gave me the exact sauce, napkins and fork I had requested. My food was made very nicely, correct portioning, and tasted delicious! Great job!! I highly recommend this location & commend the management/staff on their improvements. Thank you!

I am a dasher. I have been doing this for 1.5 years for fun w/my chronicly ill husband. We have dashed from Lake Erie in North Ohio – Pembroke Pines Florida. We have dashed in 10 States. I have to say we have had more deliveries for Taco Bell & Papa John’s than any others. Meaning no matter what State, City, County we are in we get at least one order for them. So when I say we have more problems from one chain than any other, know I have delt with this chain in 10 States in multiple Cities & Towns. Taco Bell always has some kind of issue. ALWAYS. It’s not the same issue at every store, but there’s an issue I promise. Tonight’s issue (& I apologize to the lady at the front, but you know I was right) triggered me because it has happened more times than not since Taco Bell has implemented its no delivery driver’s in the drive thru even after hour, lobby pick up only. This is a great idea to keep one of the busiest, open the most hours, fast food restaurants’ drive thru flowing properly. However, 1 you have to have more than 1 employee manning the store. It defeats the purpose & actually delays the process if 1 person is having to handle all drive ordering, making all the orders: mobile, deliveries and in-person and then having to hand them all out in 2 different places. Please schedule 4 that way if 2 don’t show you’re still covered, especially near College Towns. #2.Please use the same procedure at all chains ( I understand franchises & having a local owner for the business & renting the brand, but franchises have guide lines that “tenants” must follow. Please make this one of them.) (This can be said about McDonald’s as well) #3. Train the employees to follow number 2 & help them understand why you are doing this. Then (& this is how I got triggered tonight) make sure they don’t lock the door. Tonight I watched my husband get out of the car(we parked by the door, so I could see 2 employees & could tell there was a 3rd just out of my eye shot, near the door), walk up to the door snatch on it & it did not open. So he tugged it again, it did not open. Now I can see the lady working the front who was standing at the drive thru facing whom ever was near the door & the gentleman that was working the kitchen was standing to her left just outside of the prep area. They stop talking & just look at my husband. He turns & walks back to the car. The cook turns & goes towards the prep area. The lady stood there a second long then turned to the drive thru & I saw the persons shadow near the door (never saw the person)..when my husband pulled on the door I heard it click. Both times. So he gets in the car there is 2 other cars ahead of us. Our wait to the intercom is not long maybe 3 to 5 mins, but for a dasher, that’s the difference between $10 an hour & $17. We get to the intercom, it does it’s little AI thing my husband gives the customer name & the lady comes across the intercom & says all deliveries have to come inside. Now she just watched my husband try to open the door. He says politely the door is locked. She mutters & says it’s unlocked now. So now I’m aggravated & to make it worse it’s one of those stacked drive thrus. We can’t get around the customers to make our way back to the door. So I get out & walk to the door as I hear her tell another driver he has to come inside. Now, I am frustrated. I watch 2 other drivers walk in & one walk out. I said look now I just sat out there, watched you 2 watch my husband pull on the door 2xs & you all just looked at him. We donot get paid by the hour. The lady as kindly as she could tried to explain the door is hard to open. The cook rolls his eyes & walks away. I said look I watched him & heard the door click & you had another driver in the drive thru behind us. She walks to the door to demonstrate & it opens right up w/o a struggle. Now I just opened & walked through it. I said my husband is chronicly ill, I did not say sickly. But either way why did 1 of you not come assist w/the door? We may not be the customer, but we are there on YOUR customer’s behalf. Remember that!

Stepping into the newly rebuilt Taco Bell is a fantastic experience that elevates the classic fast-food visit. The upgrade is immediately noticeable, transforming the space into a modern, clean, and welcoming environment. The sleek new seating, updated digital menu boards, and a brighter overall aesthetic make a huge difference, turning a quick stop into a much more pleasant dining experience. The new layout also feels more efficient, with a better flow for ordering and picking up food, whether you’re dining in or using the drive-thru.
What hasn’t changed, thankfully, is the deliciously consistent and craveable menu. This Taco Bell still delivers on the iconic flavors that have made it a fast-food staple. The value remains unmatched, with the extensive dollar menu making it incredibly easy to get a satisfying meal without spending a lot. Fan favorites like the Crunchwrap Supreme and Doritos Locos Tacos taste just as great as ever, now served in a much-improved setting.
The combination of the brand’s reliable and affordable food with the fresh, modern look of the rebuilt store is a winning formula. It shows a commitment to not only serving great food but also providing a better customer experience from start to finish. For anyone who loves Taco Bell, this newly renovated location offers the perfect blend of the familiar and the new, making it a definite go-to spot.

The food I got tonight was the worst food I have ever received from this location. After the rebuild & opening of the new building I thought I would give it a try. Then the food was really good & well made. Tonight it was horrible. I got supreme on each item. There was 1 dollop of sour cream the size of a dime on the left corner of each item. Good thing I ordered and paid for a side of sour cream. I spent a little over $16 for food that tasted & looked like garbage. There was only 2 cars in the drive thru, me being one of them & hardly anyone inside so they weren’t slammed. I won’t be back there ever again.

Brand new building and it’s already not very clean. The restroom was gross, the tables were sticky and all out of place. There really isn’t any “service” you do everything yourself but cook the food. The beans in my burrito were one solid piece, nothing was very good. I watched an elderly man struggle to order on the touchscreen while 3 or 4 employees chatted in the back. I worked at Taco Bell many years ago, and this was not acceptable then. It was the middle of the day on a Saturday and it was NOT busy while i was there. It was not a good experience.
