They forgot to put the sour cream, at the very least, in my crunchwraps. I’m not sure what else was missing but that was the thinnest, most lifeless crunchwrap I’ve ever had from any Taco Bell.
They also gave me a refried bean burrito instead of the beefy burrito that I ordered. And let me tell you when you’re looking forward to a big mouthful of beef and you get a mouth full of beans instead, it’s disappointing.
Also when I went to get my stuff, I stood at the counter for a good couple of minutes before anybody acknowledged me and then everybody started shouting out some lady’s name for like a minute before she came out front to talk to me. Also while they were yelling that lady’s name, some other lady employee walked by made a hard eye contact with me and said it’ll be a second, which I get but it was annoying after I’d been standing there for a couple minutes waiting.

My order has probably got to be the worst I have ever had from fast food. The quality is absolutely horrible. The meat on the mexi melt and soft taco left me without an appetite. There was a hair in my boys crunch wrap and a small sprinkle of cheese on my cheese roll up. So much money for so much wasted food!!!!

Always get my order right and the guy that works the drive through is always amazingly polite. Prefer this taco bell over the other end of town because the food always tastes better and the accuracy is better.
Inside the restaurant is a bit blah. Its always cold enough that my nose starts running just from the chill, the seats are falling alart, and the buttons on the drink machine have what looks like mold growing in them.

First off, the food isn’t that special. Really isn’t. Secondly last night, I ordered from them. Some things, a party box, 2 burritos. I only received ONE burrito to begin with. And once I got home, the box open and the food splattered on the ground! We made them make us another. That’s why you shouldn’t slack or get careless. And in the past I did order a luxe box and you guessed it, never received it! Do better!

Absolutely TERRIBLE whoever’s working sucks and needs fired because YOU HAVE ONE JOB THAT CHOSE, and you still did it wrong. We got other stuff but we got a quesadilla and a cheesy Gordita crunch, it came with sour cream, not ranch and it’s COLD I just got it! And the quesadillas have sauce and the cheese was not melted at all, it was all solid cheese. We had to microwave them. Literally fire those workers and do better. We ordered at 12:50 at night today and they didn’t even bother to make us fresh food. They took 10+ minutes and the food wasn’t even hot, so what were you doing messing around?

The food is very hit and miss. You are likely to get your order correct but it is just as likely to have some items cold or stale. Sometimes the wait is long, but the people are usually pleasant. This is a convenient location, but it’s not high marks for quality.

Dont get the job if you don’t want to do it. At the end of the day, this food isn’t cheap! As far as customer service… My boyfriend and I drove separately. He went first and paid for my order. The girl giving me my food was crappy and said it’s already paid for. Seriously there has to be a more miserable job out there!! I wish I could post a picture of what we were served.
