I recently visited Taco Bell, and I must say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I had high hopes for a quick and tasty meal, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations.
To start, the food lacked flavor and freshness. The items I ordered were bland and seemed like they had been sitting out for too long. The ingredients didn’t taste quality, and it felt like I was eating fast food just for the sake of it, rather than enjoying a satisfying meal.
The service was also lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not particularly friendly. I felt rushed while ordering, and my food took longer to arrive than expected, which was frustrating.
Overall, my experience at Taco Bell was disappointing. I left feeling unsatisfied and regretting my choice. I hope to find better options in the future, as this visit did not live up to the hype.

Waited 30 minutes from the time I pulled up from the speaker until the time I received my food. Training all new staff – which suggests they don’t treat their employees very well. Completely unacceptable.

I recently dined at Taco Bell, and I found the establishment to be clean and impressive. The food was delicious and had a fresh taste to it. The ambiance was pleasant, creating a nice dining atmosphere. Moreover, there were good options available for vegetarians. Additionally, what sets Taco Bell apart is that their prices have remained consistent, unlike other food chains that have raised their prices.

The girl at the drive through was rude, acted like I was bothering her by placing my order. I made a request for steak instead of ground beef on my grilled cheese burrito, which I did just 3 days ago, she told me I wasn’t allowed because there was no button for it. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. When I finally got to the window I waited another 11. I get home and the 3 spicy potato soft tacos I ordered were not in the bag. Instead I thought I got 6 chicken chipotle melts of which I ordered 3. I opened up 3 of the chicken melts because they felt light and there was literally only cheese in 3 of them. I took pictures if anyone cares enough to see the proof. I also paid an extra $.80 for a side of sour cream that I did not get. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. After working a 15 hour shift today I just wanted something to eat and instead I get service like this.

It’s crazy to think I sat in line for over 10 mins, for my order to be wrong. When clearly on the ticket says 2 times no lettuce on my cheesy gordita crunch and they still got it wrong. All they had to do was read the ticket.

They removed the Long Johns, one of the only reason to visit here. Ordering inside is done via kiosk, no one to provide assistance if you want something not on the provided menu. There were only 4 people waiting in line after ordering and our wait time was >20 minutes. Half of the food was room temperature when we received it. It was quite obvious to see the staff put a strict priority on the drive through as at least a dozen orders were given out of the window during our wait. This used to be one of the best taco bells around the area, boy did it ever fall. I wasn’t even given my cups for the drinks when given my order and had to wait nearly 3 minutes for someone to come over to the counter to give them to me. Then I was asked to see my order receipt from the person who handed me my food and ran back to the back before I could stop them about my cups…
I get the drive through can be busy, but you need to focus on both things. From the looks of it, they were understaffed for the time which is very common in the fast food industry. Management making poor decisions as usual, and the kiosk ordering system was a 1/5 making the visit that much worse. I’ll probably never return to that taco bell as there are many others in the local area that I’ve never had these issues with.

Not the greatest taco bell. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes no one ever answered or offered to take our order. All 8 cars in the drive thru drove away with no food. Ended up at Wendy’s. Do better Taco Bell!
