I have yet to recieve a complete order from this establishment after 4 drive through visits. They seem to substitute regular hard shell tacos for chicken challupas… I spelled those properly so you know I take my tacos seriously. 4 visits, not one completed order. *For management – no, I did not complain over the mistakes… They’re still tacos, I’m not wasting them. Hire a person to ensure order validity, because you are clearly understaffed.

When a take out order has sauce packets on the receipt, you put sauce packets in the damn bag. This is the second time I have ordered through doordash, only to find the sauce I ordered was just all together skipped. Love taco bell , but apparently i’m going to have to stop even trying to go there , especially the two on south arlington road the order for my family is very simple.I order a twelve pack with three extra tacos plain meat and cheese
Not one time in the past 6 times have they been able to get this right at either store i end up with 15 regular tacos. Today , I actually got the three plain tacos accompanied with a 9 pack It’s getting ridiculous people.

Always dirty, and would not suggest placing a mobile order!! Cause everytime all the employees look at us standing at the counter multiple times.. then ignore use for 20-40min before finally helping you while making it clear they are annoyed you’re even there. Then just for every single time items are missing and made wrong.

Super inconsistent quality of food. went through the drive through Saturday afternoon at about 2:00. There were 2 cars ahead of me and it seemed to go smoothly. The person taking the order was super friendly as always but when I got home my Soft Taco Supremes looked like this…
I don’t care what your career or chosen vocation is at that stage in life. Have pride in what you do. How in ANY world is this acceptable especially considering the prices for Taco Bell? Of course we go through inflation every year and costs of food go up, but its not like a taco is tough to execute…$17.00 for some Tacos and a crumbled up bag of chips later….
Its great to have a Taco Bell right in west Akron, but being so hit or miss with the experience, its worth driving a little further to another location if you crave the mystery meats and “cheese” that make up this Tex Mex guilty pleasure…
