Restaurant claimed they couldn’t make my prepaid mobile order because they were “extremely understaffed” pictured below is the 3 employees sitting at tables. One of the employees was smoking what appeared to be a nicotine vape annd an thc vape inside of the store. Very unprofessional. If I could give less stars I would.

Decent experience but our order got messed up, they did handle it well and the food was pretty good though perhaps the cheesy steak burritos were a bit burnt. Overall a decent level experience for Taco Bell!

This place is a joke. This is how the food looks day or night. Lazy people throwing together sub par food because they don’t care. They have attitudes even in front of the manager and they don’t care. Im just gonna drive to the one in Tallmadge. I hope they aren’t paying these people very much because they don’t deserve squat.

Please tell your employees to pay attention to order screens… I get they are all probably cooked but it would be nice to get the food I paid for, made how I request. It’s not a difficult skill to read an order screen.

If I could give this zero stars I would. This is my first time ever going to this Taco Bell and it was horrible. We ordered SIX of what we thought were chicken cantina tacos. Came home and got these shitty ones instead. The incompetent woman on the speaker asked us if we wanted them hard or soft shell… um, pretty sure they don’t come with that option. We asked and double checked that we ordered the cantina tacos and she said “yes that’s what you ordered, you always get the choice on soft or hard shell”. Being normal people we trusted what she said because I shouldn’t have to doubt the person who works there. Clearly I messed up there. She also sounded rude and short with us. I know working in fast food sucks but it’s not my fault that’s your job. The wrong tacos we got were cold and wet for some concerning reason??? It was all around disgusting and a bad experience. Our total came to $30 which was wasted. Especially in this economy I can’t play around with my money like that. The girl at the window who gave us our food was very sweet though, which we appreciated. However, I will happily never be back. Don’t waste your hard earned money here until they get a competent person to take orders.

One of the slowest “fast food” places to ever order food from no matter if you walk in, drive thru, or door dash. They are the worst managed and incompetent store i have ever been too. Not only is the service absolutely appalling the quality of food is subpar most days/nights, doesnt matter what time of day you decide to go here. I would stay far away from this place if you can, if I could give it negative stars I can. I am sure taco bell corporate will comment on this and say “We are sorry…” blah blah blah, ive read all the other comments and they dont care about feedback or thos store and how it runs. Disgusting.

I cannot believe taco bell is this bad. My truck would not fit though the drive threw. Order screen was not working correctly. I asked if i could just make an order, nobody would even answer me. I even said does anybody here care. Nobody would even acknowledge i was standing there. Horrible place. Added a drink i did not order.

If you enjoy waiting and exceptionally long time for food, and not receiving your whole order and then you will enjoy this place. If you’re a normal human, this ain’t the spot. I waited 40 minutes for 3/4 of my order. And it wasn’t even warm. There were six cars in front of me and they were doing the typical fast food. Cheating the time routine, if you are unfamiliar that is where they pull, pull only one person I’m at the other sit. The only reason I give this two stars is because the staff is actually quite friendly. If you’re looking for a solid Taco Bell in this area, it’s worth the drive. You just hit the one on Arlington by the shopping center.

You couldn’t get inside because it was locked. The workers were passive aggressive, annoyed, and slow. I waited 17 minutes AFTER my mobile order was supposed to be ready. Doordash got their orders quicker. The lady working kept leaning on the counter doing nothing while her coworkers were actively working. The only kind employee who was working hard was the one at the register. If it weren’t for his professionalism, I would have complained way more.

Men’s Bathroom is completely disgusting. Makes me think employees are not washing their hands or cleaning anything properly. Where is the management? Seriously gross. Health Board should pop in for surprise inspection
