Visited Taco Bell at 973 High Street, Wadsworth, OH on February 14, 2026, at exactly 6:30 PM. Ordered a #3 combo that included one chicken quesadilla and Baja Blast.
The male employee with red highlights in his hair (not “Rachal Y” as possibly listed) asked me to repeat my order clearly multiple times. He ended up putting two chicken quesadillas on the order instead of one. Gave me Mountain Dew instead of Baja Blast, and both drinks were filled only about 3/4 full. The combo came with only one taco he said the #3 combo only comes with one taco.
Went inside to fix the issues and asked for my money back. He was dismissive, ignored the refund request, didn’t offer a manager or solution. They ended up giving me the two extra tacos (to fix the taco count, I guess), but I took the food as is since nothing else was done.
Multiple order errors, drinks not full, wrong info on the combo, and no help with refund. Service was off and unhelpful. Disappointing needs better accuracy and customer handling. Edit: they also couldn’t even cut the quesadillas which shows there sheer laziness usually wouldn’t be a problem but it’s the icing on the cake for me

The only reason this can even get one star is because the food was decent. Very rude female staff yelling obscenities and complaining about her job in front of customers. Lobby was disgusting. Covered in food, trash, and filth. Clothes laying out on surfaces too. Don’t sit in here unless you want to be disgusted.

Saturday 6:30 pm, we spent 52 minutes stuck in the drive thru line with no way out. When I finally got our order I left without checking the bags contents, turns out that they couldn’t even be trusted to complete an order properly, we are missing two burritos from what we ordered. I would highly recommend going to the Taco Bell in Norton instead of this one.

Food sucked, nuggets were green and hard and cold. Tacos were gray, meat was cold. Any semblance of cheese or lettuce has yet to be found. Maybe the Hubble telescope can zoom in on that. Still haven’t been contact back after a week of putting in a request for contact.

Why is the lobby closed at 7:00?????? The other day it was even earlier. Then while the lobby is closed this early you have to wait in drive thru line at the minimum 20 mins, and thats being generous. This place is notorious having to use drive thru only. Being a dasher i have to unassign my order and lose money because of it. i dont understand why anyone would wait so long anyway, food isnt the greatest.

Food isnt bad but they get the orders wrong a lot. Went earlier today on 2/13/26 and got the beefy loaded grillers and asked for no chipotle sauce and they both had chipotle sauce. I got me and my son both a large nacho fry and they barely filled the fry. They’re notorious for this. They never fill it up. Worst part is they werent even busy at all. Not sure how you can mess up an order when its right infront of you when you arent busy.

It truly doesn’t matter if you go at 1pm or 1am. Everyone in town knows this is the worst fast food in the area, but I think we all write it off as a bad day & try again. I also drive to Medina or Norton if I can avoid it when I’m wanting TBell. Since it was lunch, I decided day staff might be better. I repeated my order twice, and still got it wrong. Drive-thru guy was rude and had aggressive body language when taking payment & giving my food out. Slamming drive thru window to close it.
I work in food service, I tend to be overly polite bc I really do understand how customers can be oblivious to the stresses we go through. This location is just a disappointment every time. They all seem angry constantly.
Based on all of the 1 star reviews I have just scrolled through in the past year— I don’t suppose they really care, but here’s my two cents.

This place is trash. Every single time I come here the food is awful and 95% of the time the service is absolutely horrible. There is one guy who gives good service. But other than him you literally cannot even get an employee to say “have a good day” at the end of your order. Not to mention almost every single time the food is so bad with either an absurd amount of sauce or cold meat in the burrito, etc. This place needs an overhaul of new management.

Really really bad customer service here. I like taco bell food but I wont come back. There is always some kind of issue and nobody in the staff wants to solve it. I am pretty polite too, not an angry person, just want the issue solved so I can go.
i can understand not loving working at taco bell, i don’t love my job, but im just a dude who wants food the food he paid for. you don’t gotta be like that.

Yeah this place closes the lobby at 8 p.m. for some odd reason. So then you’re forced to go through the drive-thru line which is always wrapped around the building. If you’re there just to pickup food then you’re stuck waiting behind 10 cars just to get it.
