Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and I was told to pull forward by a male to receive a door dash order. Mind you, there’s a giant Semi in front of their building (this is important as it was 10:42pm and I know from previous experience, they will look the doors as early as 9 pm). When I pulled up to the window after another customer in front of me left, I pulled up and a lady opened a window and yeah can I help you. Which then turned into me discussing I’m here for a DoorDash. Then female tells me to come inside for order after I just waited for an order after being told by the male. I told female that why would no One say anything. Her response “every door dasher knows to come inside until 11.” No, we do not. Not everyone lives or door dashes in one specific area. That’s why you work at Taco Bell for $10-15 an hour and we do not. Yes I called you a couple names but rightfully so as you can’t treat people with respect initially. “I’m going to get you banned. I already called my general manager and everyone.” Good luck. Me on the other hand, my reviews are seen by the thousands always. Also, I’m an independent contractor. I don’t work for door dash. But you definitely work for Taco Bell that won’t tolerate the disrespect towards employees. Good luck. 🙂

To whomever manages this location: I watched a dozen cars leave the drive thru tonight while waiting. As it turns out, having only 2 people run your store, one of which is brand new, isn’t enough to actually serve all your customers.
I’m one of your most frequent customers, and the staff and food here are always great, but its so horribly mismanaged. Hire some actual employees and maybe the store will run better (and yes I saw that you’re hiring, but the wage is pathetic given how much the price of food has gone up over the last few years).
I wouldn’t be surprised if your store lost money today because you thought you could get away with a skeleton crew. Do better.

Dat in the drive thru for about 15–20 minutes after being told they only had two workers, which was fine until this two workers were taking the trash out after they must’ve forgotten about me at the speaker, and the manager on duty “Rylan” I believe was her name, was also just about as dismissive on the phone as she could be after the situation. This place sucks just about all hours of the day

Every time I come here, it is the slowest service of any fast food chain, right in Streetsboro, Ohio. It’s not the employee’s fault for doing the best that they can. It’s management or higher up, they cannot employ , To be able to deliver service without waiting 40 minutes in a drive-through. Maybe over staff, That way you have multiple people ready to work if need be

The food here is always great, but the wait time is unbelievable almost every single time I come here. They’re chronically understaffed and will tell you they’re closed in the middle of the day, likely due to staffing shortages.
Higher ups need to get a handle on this place and fix the staffing issues. I know the handful of people who work their butts off, but you’re setting everyone up to fail by not staffing enough people to save a buck. Do better by your staff and customers.

Five stars literally because the guy with long hair running the drive through was so awesome clearly overwhelmed by many many cars and orders seemed like the only one there many rude people and my food was still beautiful and handled with care he kept his composure and had great customer service I’m gonna stop coming here if taco bell doesnt give him a raise and some help

Been in line for 40min and the only reason I moved up is because the 3 people in front of me all drove off. Including the person who was at the speaker. Do not go to the drive through for any reason. I wouldn’t order except for door dash. It is always a crazy wait time. By the time I get my food I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and ate.

The night shift are the rudest people ever. Their mad becuase they are busy becuase it’s a fast food place, want to sit behind the counter, talking crap very loud, to make it obvious that your talking about the customers in the lobby is beyond unprofessional & so rude. Don’t work in fast food in your can’t handle the rushes. I’ve done fast food multiple times & there is NO need to be that rude. “You can make french fries at home”, like what is your issue? all i did was place an order in the lobby.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I live a few minutes from this location & let me tell you – DO NOT GO HERE. Every single time I come through the drive though “we are only taking cash” or like tonight “im having technical issues & im the only one here”. I hate leaving a bad review – but this has been the third time in the last 2 weeks I’ve came through only to be told I can’t order anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WAITING IN THIS LINE TO ONLY BE TOLD THEY CANT TAKE YOUR ORDER.
I love Taco Bell so much, it is my favorite fast food place – but my god the Streetsboro location is horrific. I’d rather drive 25 minutes to the next location than ever order from here again (AND I LIVE 3 MINUTES AWAY) Terrible.
