After working in restaurant management for over 10 tens it makes me so happy to walk into a restaurant and see everyone working so hard and working together as a team. The manager was up front and center and was doing such a great job. Cashier was friendly and did a great job. I will be returning because my entire visit was just awesome.
Food was delicious!!
My last experience in this restaurant was months ago and a crew member was cursing out the male manager it was hostile and not okay haven’t been back till today. The changes that have been made are noticeable. Keep up the great work!

I am very disappointed and fed up with Grovetown Hardee’s. I ordered 2 sausage gravy two-biscuit breakfasts with extra gravy for one of those breakfasts. Received no extra gravy and barely enough gravy for one biscuit for each breakfast. See the smattering of gravy on the 2 biscuits in the photo. Such a waste of my hard earned $. Shame on your staff.

In what Hardee’s universe is this a BIG hot ham and cheese? I paid $13 for this combo. When I asked the cook about it he said. “Sorry you can’t go by the picture. It is what it as”.

I just left there and decided to eat when I got home. I waited a good 10 minutes after the cashier pulled me forward. The one thing I ordered was terrible. A famous star burger. I get home and open my $7 burger thinking I’m about to bite into something delicious. Nope! Right away I notice the lettuce is falling off the burger and the appearance is sloppy. I open the burger and notice the meat looks old and looks like it was pieced together! A small hard piece was on top of two pieces underneath. Then I noticed the bun was burned. Disgusting. Unacceptable.

I ordered the meal that let’s you choose 2 sandwiches, 1 fry,1 drink. I paid for my order and was asked to pull up and wait, which I did gladly. I feel I’m getting my order really fresh so I don’t mind waiting. The young lady brings my bag out to me and returns inside. I’m looking forward to some fresh hot fries but that’s not what I got. My fries were limp and most definitely not fresh. Then I realize only 1 of my 2 sandwiches was in the bag. I went back in and explained and was told she would bring it out. I am forced to eat out alot and lately it’s been my biggest waste of my time and money. Until recently I didn’t complain, I just didn’t eat it but I’ve had it with these folks that show up to work to collect paychecks and don’t seem to care that it’s a job that requires more than them just showing up. Does no one take pride in what they do anymore?

Each car thru drive thru was asked to park. Apparently they were cooking each order individually as ordered. When asked for my order, I had to repeat everything twice as the the clerk was not listening or focused on hearing my order. Four plus cars were parked and served before my order was brought out. She came to my car but claimed the bag had different items. She walked to each car individually. She did not know which car had which order. When I asked questions if concerns she claimed it wasn’t her fault but the other workers inside. One other gentleman left his parked car, shaking his head in dismay, went inside and tetrived his order. Then thirty minutes after I ordered, she brings my order but of course…. No fries in the bag that should be included with the combo! I was now thirty minutes late for an appointment. Poor management.

At first we thought they had been robbed and put in the freezer because no one answered the intercom outside and we didn’t see many people inside until we finally got tired of waiting and just drove around the building. We found somebody sitting in the area. I don’t know who they were so we did a roundabout and went back to the intercom again and that’s when they finally answered. We got our food very quickly. We were pulled up and that’s about it.

I have been coming here for almost a year now and I’ve noticed the progress in this store. When I arrived last year, it seemed like a confused atmosphere… Lots of yelling, etc… now things t seem to have settled and everyone is courteous and pros. It’s important to me because it’s one of my primary restaurants next to where I work. Manager Crystal fixes issues with a small (that’s challenging).

I went in the other day and immediately got greeted by Chase, he was so kind and offered me an original bag. And when I got my food he said, I hope you enjoy and when I left he said have a good day and come back soon. I just love service like that, makes me enjoy the meal better.
