In drive through 1 car orders then all other cars have to wait to order till 1st car is served. The owner must be ecstatic about reporting false wait numbers to corporate. This is really sad the customer sufferers.Been happening for months.

Rude and the food is disgusting. This is the only location I’ve had issues with. I see them not following food safety rules all the time. And if you go through the drive they make you wait to order to make their wait times look better. If you go inside they have no idea how to even talk to you or hand you a drink cup for your order they somehow havent started to make for 10+ minutes. I’ve worked in food service and customer service for years and Im usually very patient and understand when things happen. This place is just awful though. There is no excuse.

Employee with red hair created the worst drive-thru experience I’ve ever experienced. Told me to drive all the way back around (onto the street and back) because I didn’t stop at the speaker. I’m hard of hearing. There were no other customers. 0 star if it were possible.

Past 2 times I’ve been here it’s cash only. Barely anyone keeps cash on them. No signs stating that, so you wait in the long just to be told cash only at the speaker. When I came Friday and was lucky enough to find a few dollars in my car, my quesadilla was barely cooked. Hard chicken I could barely chew, and the cheese was cold and stringy.

Ordered on the app for a fast pickup. Because all the other Taco Bell’s we’re closed, this one was busy. We had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru but the staff was patient, polite, and the food was was fresh. Seemed like they were short staffed but handled it well
