Very rude. Mobile order breakfast and went to pick it up. Was told that they were bought out of breakfast and didn’t have it. Then proceeded to tell me I have to go online for a refund. The app is a joke and the manager is rude kept hanging up then answering and setting the phone on the counter.

Ordered using the app for grab n go. Store doors were locked and drive thru was easily over half hour wait. Paid for food I couldn’t get. No way to cancel order and wouldnt answer phone. Avoid State Rd location.

If I pay $28 for only a few things (crazy expensive – not the locations fault but makes it sting even more) and you make me wait at the screen forever before pulling up to help you guys out you should at least give me everything I paid for. Every time I come here I’m shorted more than one item and it’s a huge rip off. On top of that, when I order taco supremes it costs more so when I open up regular tacos it’s just the dumbest cherry on top. I wanted this to be a treat but instead it was worst way to end my day.

Worst experience with any fast food restaurant I’ve ever had. Almost 2hrs of getting a run around after putting an order through the app. They said they never received it despite it being completed in the app and my card being charged. Kept telling us to wait 10 minutes and go around again. The line took awhile each time to go around only to be told the exact same thing. Showed them our order recipt and order number. Refused to make our food or refund despite being able to show what we ordered, when, and that our order was not fulfilled. Never coming here again and advise anyone else to use caution when placing orders here.
