From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and easy to work with while I coordinated the night. They helped us set up a condensed menu that was printed for our group of twelve, were flexible with details, and made the entire evening feel seamless and stress-free. Jen was my primary point of contact, and she maintained constant communication throughout the process and did an amazing job coordinating everything.
The food was fantastic across the board. The appetizers were set out perfectly, the entrées came out smoothly, and everything tasted amazing. Highly recommended appetizers are the arancini (which was my fiancée’s favorite) and the bruschetta. The complimentary salad and breadsticks were fresh and excellent. I had the tortelloni pesto with red pepper cream sauce, and my fiancée had the stuffed shells with marinara sauce, both were outstanding. Other highlights mentioned by guests included the freshly made ravioli. We also had someone in our party with dietary restrictions, and the staff was more than willing to accommodate them without hesitation.
Our waitress, Madison, along with the other server who assisted us, were wonderful, checked on us consistently, and made sure the night went without a single issue. They also allowed us to bring in outside, decorated cupcakes for the engagement and served them for us, which made the evening even more personal. The owners and managers were warm, welcoming, and truly made us feel like family.
They helped make one of the most important nights of my fiancée’s and my life truly unforgettable. This is by far my favorite and go-to Italian restaurant in the region. I can’t thank the entire team enough for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. They have lifelong customers in us. I highly recommend Basta Pasta for everyday dining, special occasions, or catering needs.
We had such a wonderful dinner at Basta Pasta as a family, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! Our favorite waitress took incredible care of us — her friendly attitude and attention to detail made the evening feel extra special.
The food was exceptional! We tried the Seafood Pizza, Chicken Marsala, and Seafood Alfredo, and every dish was cooked perfectly — full of flavor and beautifully presented. Dessert was the highlight — the Chocolate Spoon Cake was absolutely exquisite! I also had their fall apple cider sangria- it was delicious!
The Halloween decorations added such a fun, festive touch and created a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere. My kids loved every bit of it!
Basta Pasta never disappoints — between the amazing service, delicious food, and charming seasonal decor, it’s easily one of our favorite local spots. Highly recommend!
Oh, and bonus…magical holiday decorations inside make for a really beautiful ambience!!
Food was good, but service, not so much! Waitress didn’t bring the type wine my wife ordered. When food with salad came, there was barely enough dressing to use. Wife’s main dish was incorrect and had to be remade. By the time the ‘remake’ finally came, I asked for more salad, with the waitress saying there would be an upcharge. I asked her why other similar restaurants NEVER charged for extra salad. She told me that since covid, the policy changed. I can’t see that as a connection (my wife & I are retired from the medical field , and see no link to # of salad servings). This was the stupidest answer, to put it nicely! Be mindful that this was the ONLY visit to our table by the waitress. No refills, and, by the way I never even got a glass of water initially. My suggestion is:, If you don’t want to offer extra salad, and provide better service, perhaps you shouldn’t stay in business’ Don’t cut corners, to maintain YOUR profit margin.
BY THE WAY, I must mention this was
