By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to

Everyone knows Taco Bell as a whole has gone downhill over the years — inconsistent quality, smaller portions, and prices that no longer match what you get. That said, this location is in a league of its own for how bad it is. It is consistently and by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever encountered.

This store is almost always out of something critical — beef, chicken, or steak — and on the rare occasions they do have the basics, they are clearly understaffed and poorly managed. Pulling up to the drive-through menu often means sitting there five minutes or more before anyone even acknowledges you, if they acknowledge you.

When you finally get your food, the quality and portions are absolutely unacceptable. Last night, despite knowing better and even debating driving farther to a different Taco Bell, I reluctantly went here because it’s the closest. Huge mistake.

We ordered a Supreme Soft Taco Party Pack (12 tacos) plus a few burritos, which came out to almost $40. What we received was embarrassing. If you combined the filling from all 12 tacos, you might have enough to make four normal tacos anywhere else. The tortillas were barely filled, uneven, and sloppy. The portions were so small it honestly felt intentional.

See photos — and sadly, these are actually a few of the better ones. The worst tacos were already eaten before I realized just how bad this was and decided to document it.

When pulling up to the window, the strong odor coming from inside the store at least explained a few things about the service and food quality. With what appeared to be a very young, clearly inexperienced manager on duty, it’s obvious this location is completely unmanaged.

It honestly feels like they’re either unable to keep enough food in stock or are deliberately cutting portions to stretch what they have. I can’t imagine any other explanation for the consistently tiny, under-portioned food.

This place manages to deliver the same results every time: slow service, missing items, poor quality, and laughably small portions at premium prices. Do yourself a favor and drive to literally any other Taco Bell — or skip it entirely.

This trip to Taco Bell started like any other. Icy road conditions, skidding and sliding about. The drive thru welcomed us with warm and open arms. We continued with our order, and pulled to the necessary window to complete this otherwise typical transaction. We received our food, checked for accuracy, and it was 100% correct. This is where things really turn up a notch. We get home, and sit down to eat this meal. Every. Single. Item. looked like it was STRAIGHT out of a Taco Bell promotional video. It was truly delicious. This may have been the BEST Taco Bell I have ever been at the pleasure to eat. Thank you to the staff that prepared and served this food on 1/14/26 at approximately 9:00pm. You are all a positive to this otherwise terrible world.

I ordered taco bell on 1/18/26 and i arrived at the drive thru at 9:25 pm, they didn’t grab my order until 5 minutes after i got into the drive thru. then i proceeded to pull up to get an online order (that i ordered at 9:15) and then finally recieved it at 9:53. Claims they had 2 workers on shift, management needs to do better, and they need to move faster. no excuses. beyond ridiculous.

My order was, for the most part, correct for the first time. The kids inside are more worried about talking with each other than doing their job. My soft tacos were dried out and crumpled together. I was asked if I wanted sauce and wasn’t given any. The girl at the register likely forgot because she was laughing and joking with her co-workers. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Hire competent workers or get an experienced manager to run this location.

I started coming to this location since the one on center rd has terrible service and wait times. Been having good experiences with the food as well as employees. Unfortunately tonight, 12/20/25, was not a good one. The woman named Sovannah was clearly having a bad night or maybe just has bad energy as a whole. Food was great, attitude of her sucked. Work ethic is huge and she clearly doesn’t have it.

This Taco Bell location is incredibly disappointing, and today was the final straw. The employees clearly don’t care, which shows in every aspect: long wait times even with an empty drive-thru, incorrect orders, and poor food quality. They consistently forget item customizations and leave out sauces, and if you try to go inside to grab some, the dining room is closed even though it’s supposed to be open.

Today, all our food was wet for some reason. I honestly have no idea what the item in the picture is supposed to be, but the fact that an employee thought it was okay to wrap and serve speaks volumes about the lack of care. On a previous visit, we waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru as the only car, only to see the employees dancing in the kitchen when we drove by the lobby on our way out. I love Taco Bell, but with repeated issues like these, this location just isn’t worth the hassle.

Everyone inside is more worried about taking to each other than making food, or working with customers. Today I stopped at 11am and the doors are still locked and no one would let me in to order. I can’t fit through the drive thru so I left

A male worker argued with me about my co-workers orders being in the drive thru pick up and swore he was right. I get back to work with the food and didn’t have any sauce in my bag that was included in my order and I had 3 orders. I called the restaurant to make them aware that I would bring the food back and they refused to give me a refund after they messed my order up. I’m very unsatisfied and I wasted my money and time.

I left a great review at the Taco Bell in strongsville. But here? I can NEVER trust it and this is what’s closest to me. Every time, I’m given a quesadilla or cheese roll up it’s cold shredded cheese. They never get the order right, never got, and the attitude from the workers are so terrible.
