Everyone knows Taco Bell as a whole has gone downhill over the years — inconsistent quality, smaller portions, and prices that no longer match what you get. That said, this location is in a league of its own for how bad it is. It is consistently and by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever encountered.
This store is almost always out of something critical — beef, chicken, or steak — and on the rare occasions they do have the basics, they are clearly understaffed and poorly managed. Pulling up to the drive-through menu often means sitting there five minutes or more before anyone even acknowledges you, if they acknowledge you.
When you finally get your food, the quality and portions are absolutely unacceptable. Last night, despite knowing better and even debating driving farther to a different Taco Bell, I reluctantly went here because it’s the closest. Huge mistake.
We ordered a Supreme Soft Taco Party Pack (12 tacos) plus a few burritos, which came out to almost $40. What we received was embarrassing. If you combined the filling from all 12 tacos, you might have enough to make four normal tacos anywhere else. The tortillas were barely filled, uneven, and sloppy. The portions were so small it honestly felt intentional.
See photos — and sadly, these are actually a few of the better ones. The worst tacos were already eaten before I realized just how bad this was and decided to document it.
When pulling up to the window, the strong odor coming from inside the store at least explained a few things about the service and food quality. With what appeared to be a very young, clearly inexperienced manager on duty, it’s obvious this location is completely unmanaged.
It honestly feels like they’re either unable to keep enough food in stock or are deliberately cutting portions to stretch what they have. I can’t imagine any other explanation for the consistently tiny, under-portioned food.
This place manages to deliver the same results every time: slow service, missing items, poor quality, and laughably small portions at premium prices. Do yourself a favor and drive to literally any other Taco Bell — or skip it entirely.
Today, all our food was wet for some reason. I honestly have no idea what the item in the picture is supposed to be, but the fact that an employee thought it was okay to wrap and serve speaks volumes about the lack of care. On a previous visit, we waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru as the only car, only to see the employees dancing in the kitchen when we drove by the lobby on our way out. I love Taco Bell, but with repeated issues like these, this location just isn’t worth the hassle.
