Tacobells in this general area are the absolute worst. Avoid at all cost. I had a piece of wood in my potatoes, and they used a dirty disgusting wrapper for my burrito which was extremely soggy and falling apart.

This is the third time I’ve ordered from this location specifically, first time my order got cancelled prior to the store ever closing so I couldn’t get it door dashed, second time they gave out my $79 order to the wrong person without even checking and when I called the store they told me I should call and let them know the name of the driver but how is that the customers responsibility?, now tonight I order well before closing to get it door dashed and once again my order got cancelled, I will be calling the store in the morning and speaking with management, the night crew purposely leaves the phone off the hook to avoid complaints this is absolutely unacceptable and that’s coming from someone who worked in the food industry as well. I’ll also be contacting corporate.

Was out door dashing around 2-2:30. Got an order well before they closed at 3 am. Is what online said & the building. Waited in drive through no answer. Called store rang & rang. Tried again phone call went right to a busy line. Continued to sit there as I already accepted this person order to deliver. As I called again an employee looks through the window sees me & just walks away. All I really wanted to know was if the store was closed so I could notify door dash & the lady I was taking food too. With the drive through lights all on & the kitchen lights on. With everything saying open till 3 am. Was a little frustrating trying to get help with employees clearly in the store.

Do not go here, waited 20 mins for food on a 30 min break, asked for a refund and was met with laughter and then hearing someone call out not to make my order. Go to the snow road location have had zero problems there.

This specific location, it’s garbage. In all honesty the ONLY reason I even went here is because my family ordered and I said I would pick it up for them. I’ve gone here in the past and didn’t even get meat on my son’s soft tacos. The grilled cheese burrito simply had grated cheese in a wrapper and it wasn’t melted. This last time, I went in to pick up the food and waited 30 minutes. After asking about my order I was given an attitude, then was told it only showed on one screen, not both. I know they recognized me after taking the order back without meat and cheese that wasn’t even melted. Same crew, same experience. I’ve demanded that if Taco Bell is going to be eaten in our home, to order ANYWHERE but this location. ESPECIALLY on the weekends. Which btw it’s extremely sad that it’s this bad. Corporate needs to just drop in there and watch these clowns. There’s food being thrown around, explicit language, unsafe food handling etc…

I believe Bobbie is the manager, if not, she should be! I have never had a bad meal here. They always get my order right AND the tacos are filled fully! The service is always quick, efficient and pleasant. This is literally the ONLY Taco Bell I actually like. Whatever this store is doing, ALL OTHERS SHOULD DEFINITELY PATTERN THEMSELVES AFTER THEM!

do not order from this taco bell. we asked for a lot of MILD sauce and the guy with curly hair working the drive thru gave us one package of ketchup and laughed in our face. I will be calling management tomorrow. so unprofessional. go elsewhere.
