The Taco Bell we usually go to because it’s the closest and because there’s a McDonald’s right next door and my younger son always wants a happy meal. The food is a hit and miss, sometimes it’s really good and other times it wasn’t even edible because the nachos and hard taco shells had a weird smell and taste. The service is usually good other than those few instances.

They mess up a lot (to be honest) but my review is for Karen (I believe that’s what her name is). I ordered food late one night and when I called to inform the restaurant that my order was wrong, no one answered. The next morning Karen answered and was beyond apologetic and sweet to deal with. This woman is so kind!

Cinnamon Twists at this location are terrible. I’ve tasted bad one before, but these were the first I gaged on and had to spit out. My dog wouldn’t even eat them. Definitely old oil and a dirty fryer! They are visibly off color, a yellowish orange. So gross! Please make sure that gets cleaned out. Favorite part of meal and its ruined. This seems to be a trend in the Taco Bells in this area.

The staff working today at 7 PM absolutely sucked except for the black kid taking orders at the drive-through. The manager was loud and rude as hell. They were moving like snails super slow. I had to drive all the way back from my house to have an order remade for their complete lack of care. Usually it’s a good experience but the lady in charge needs to go.

put in a $20 online order and they didnt give me everything i ordered. i ordered 4 crunch wraps and they only gave me 3 and they didnt even give us any sauce. i live far away so its not worth driving back out there to get my money back. Best Taco Bell in the entire area. They never short me any tacos and always give me plenty of sauce and napkins. The guys at the window are always nice, talkative and treat you with respect. The one dude Christian is a really cool dude and I always look forward to a pleasant experience. Sometimes the line is a long wait, just make sure you get there at a good time. The other Taco bells make me feel like I’m in a bad part of town.
