Completely screw this Taco Bell location and all of the people that operate the place. So last night we arrived in the drive through at about 9:05 PM and we sat there in the car for about 20 minutes until we actually ordered the food at 9:26. After the food was ordered we literally sat in the same exact spot without moving for 23 whole minutes until we pulled up again. Our crew’s leader even was talking the car ahead of us and behind us which felt the same exact way as us. Because of the time amounts and mass frustration, the leader of our crew was sent out to walk up to the windows and confront the workers and managers for their problems in a polite manner. After a few seconds though the manager escalated everything and started yelling at us for our confrontation and concerns. So in response the leader of our crew decided to fight back for the customers who were being mistreated and yelled back at them and called them out for having to wait nearly an Hour for food. Keep in mind we were not ordering that much food; only for 3 different people. After our crew’s leader fought back, we drove away to the nearest other Taco Bell and they got the order done in literally 5 minutes. Overall this is one of the worst fast food restaurant establishments to visit in this state. We will never be going here at all again.

The service was the best experience I have ever had at a drivethru. Specifically, the cashier on the drive thru com was so helpful, polite, and cordial. Cory was an absolute delight and so kind. My kids love his jokes and good nature. He definitely embodies the ideals of hospitality and genuine care for the guest. 10 out of 10.

I came here to get lunch today after church and the service was not half bad. The picture enclosed is the receipt of my order, which after I ordered it at the kiosk, the staff worked diligently to get it right. They even made sure that my nacho fries were fresh made. The only reason that I am giving this review 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is because of some of the way that other patrons were gawking at me when I was inside the restaurant placing my order. While the service was great and the order was correct, the other patrons made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was under surveillance by law enforcement but committed no crime.

If google can alert people via notifications to stay away from certain locations, this would be one of them.
I’ll let the pics do the talking

I came to the drive thru tonight After I placed an order on my app. at the parma day drive location. I ordered a hard taco and I ordered a double-decker supreme. The double-decker was not a supreme even though I was charged the extra dollar for it, and then my taco literally looked like it had no meat on it Whatsoever, which is crazy because there was hardly any lettuce or cheese either,it was almost completely hollow. (I have pictures of this as well) I call up there and the so-called manager Christian just sitting there in silence instead of askin my info and moving along, Never apologized one time, just sitting there clueless, like i was supposed to take the lead from there or something. I asked, hey, are we done or what’s going on? And then I say you could have at least apologized for the situation or at least said Goodbye or something, Instead of just sitting in silence. then he gets a smart attitude and says to me he wasn’t done yet and he’s workin, even though we were sitting on the phone in silence. that is absolutely unacceptable on every level. You shouldn’t have people working in customer service that do not know how to deal with simply customer problems ,especially as a manager. Its easy to just apologize and try to make things right in a timely manner.im guessing this place doesnt have many repeat customers. I never go to this location even tho its on my street (now I remeber why) You don’t sit there and play weirdness on the phone and then say, “hey you can come get more if you want” thats just crazy
P.S. I wish I was able to attach the pics of that pathtic hard taco

First off I would like to say it is the franchise owner’s and/or the Taco Bell Corporation’s (YUM! Brands Inc.) fault. The workers can only do so much.
The amount of time you have to wait here at the drive through is astronomical. I see people talk about 20 minutes, but it’s more like 35 to 40 minutes. If you’re gonna be in the line, anytime after nine o’clock be be ready to wait a long time. Makes you almost not even want to order there.

The food and people who work there are fine but if you go through thr drive-thru, be prepared to wait. I think I spent over 20 minutes before I got my food and that was with 2 cars ahead of me.
When I first pulled in the lady in front of me ended up asking if I could back out of the drive-thru because she wasn’t even acknowledged. I don’t know why the wait times here are so abysmal.

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell. They always forget food I pay for. Never give me sauce after asking if I want any. Never pick up the phone. Never make anything right. Do not go here. You won’t get what you paid for. Waste of money and time.

Half a dozen orders from this taco bell over the last 2 years and not a single one has been right. Wrong drinks, missing items, additions or removals not followed. you will not wait less than 20 minutes no matter the size of the line. This is obviously due to a bad manager who hires bad workers. this store is systemically dysfunctional. I dont review fast food places and only give bad reviews if it was actually bad and this taco bell is genuinely not functional.
