This is the worst one around. I included a picture of my crunchwrap Supreme with no meat for some reason. It’s honestly just extremely poorly ran. The food is either cold or my potatoes were absolutely fried to a point that a toddler could say that’s not good. I accidentally did my order through the app to here instead if the one on 615. So I am here to vent haha. If you complain in the app you get a 5 dollar off coupon so as a whole taco bell is basically saying they are okay with stealing your money. Just save your money it’s not a wise move to give any money to this establishment you will be disappointed which is already a low bar considering its taco bell.

Nightmare all around. Got out of hospital (on my birthday) after having surgery and recovering for a day. Haven’t had TB in awhile. I used the kiosk and apparently isntead of ordering a 12 pack with 8 nacho shells, I ordered 8 ranch shells. I was in pain, out of it…etc. Mistakes happen.

I got home and noticed, drove 10 minutes to go back. Went in and told them. They were as cold as ice. Said no refunds, no exchanges. They said even if they get it wrong, they don’t usually offer that stuff either. So especially not in my case because I did it wrong.

I explained I had surgery, still had my surgery wrist band on. Heck, I would have shown them my stitched up scar. Told them on top of it, it was my birthday. Again, zero care.

Finally someone lady came up and with two nacho taco and said that is the best they can do. Really? 2? I spent $24, lets say $18 minus the 4 regular hard ones. So I’m still out money and have to throw away the food?

To make it worse, when I went home again the two nacho tacos had about 10% filled. Or about two spoons worth of meat/cheese/lettuce if that. I looked at the ranch ones, the same amount.

So even if you don’t think you own me for a innocent mistake, you have me enough food COMBINED to fill one single shell. I won’t be back.

Truly a digusting place. And apparently if you contact HQ, they don’t care either and, if they even offer, will gave you a few bucks on the Taco Bell app only. TB doesn’t care, just as KFC doesn’t care either. Though I think the same giant company owns them (and Pizza Hut).

I have never experienced something this unprofessional and outright disgusting at Taco Bell. My order was completely wrong, and on top of that, food was missing. That alone is unacceptable — but it gets worse. The drive-through employees smelled strongly like weed, and it was obvious people were openly smoking in the kitchen. You’re handling food. How is that even remotely okay?

When I asked for my order to be remade correctly, they flat-out refused, said they “can’t,” and literally slammed the window shut. No explanation. No attempt to fix it. Just shut the window like I didn’t exist.

They also took my cash without even counting it in front of me and then failed to give me $6.47 in change. So not only did I receive the wrong food and missing items, but I was also shorted money. That’s beyond incompetence — that’s theft.

This location is a joke. If management allows this level of behavior — smoking around food, refusing to correct mistakes, shorting customers — then the entire place needs serious oversight. I will not be coming back, and I strongly suggest corporate looks into what is happening here

Shout out to the guy taking orders around 3:30 a.m. he did a wonderful job and definitely understood the assignment….. Now the hater who chimed in on the mic, stay in your lane and do your job. He nailed the customer service part now cook it up in the kitchen. Serving cold food on an order your coworker did a great job creating for the customer is key as well. It’s team work that makes the dream work and gets overall 5 star ratings.

Whoever is the manager of this particular Taco Bell should be ashamed of yourself. You and your crew have no standards. It should never ever take one whole hour for yall to make some crappy tacos.

I cannot stress enough to you how unpleasant each experience I have ever had here has been. Wait 45 minutes in line for your order to be completely wrong & then have to jump back in the 45 minute long line again to wait for them to fix it. It’s a joke. Have no idea who is running this business but they need fired immediately and replaced with someone who actually has an idea how to manage a business because this isn’t it.

Ordered Six regular tacos at $1.99 each and three burritos. None of these had any meat!!!! Empty tacos of everything, burritos very little . This is after we waited over half an hour in the drive thru on a Sunday evening. I really wanted Taco Bell☹️I’ll make em at home next time.

I’ve eaten at a lot of Taco Bells in my day. Some good, some questionable. But this one hit me right in the nostril, and not in a good way. The moment my companion and I stepped inside, we were greeted by a pungent odor of old, burned grease mixed with pine sol. It smelled like someone tried to deep fry a mop! So we walked out and had lunch at another restaurant.

They burnt the Mexican pizza shells. I asked for them to remake it because the shells tasted burnt and apparently they used the same shells to make another pizza. Burnt tortillas have a horrible taste And if it’s too difficult to not burn the shelves, it’s not worth coming back.

All of the food was correctly prepared, making this the best Taco Bell in the area, by far. Leagues better than the Euclid location! Minor gripes are some food was cold and the tables were dirty. All in all a great Taco Bell experience.
