The drive through took over 20 minutes WITH ONLY 3 CARS IN LINE, I never got food because I was on lunch and ran out of time. Don’t go here, I’ve had the food and it’s not good. Go to subway if you can’t wait but don’t waste your money on really bad food with a ridiculous wait time. If I could give them 0 stars i would.

Couldn’t wait for the Mexican pizza to be back! I got one today and it was So gross: soggy and a weird red chunk ( see pic) in the meat. Not a tomato!! Will never eat there again, so so grossed out. The price went up to $4.99 for this soggy grossness!!

Don’t waste your time at night if there is a line. If they don’t get to you by 2 it doesn’t matter that you were in line 20 mins before 2 they won’t serve you

I literally never leave reviews so this is a pretty big deal lol I drive 30 min out of my way to come to this taco bell. EVERY single time i come, the food is so warm and fresh. The quesadillas actually have filling in them it’s not just thin cardboard. The people at the speaker are always soooo polite and professional. I’ve been to plenty of taco bell’s but this one is the main one. I’m not sure why other reviews are so negative, but i’ve never had a bad experience here. The food is always so warm and good. So thank you to all the workers. And thank you for being kind and friendly.

I am so done with this Circus of a Restaurant. 3 times now I have ordered online and some of the items were missing. I know it’s not hard to make a taco. So make the food that we pay for. Your service has gone down the tube over the years. Never again my Friend.

Couldn’t get orders correct, tacos have more than a teaspoon of meat in a shell. Fries were cold. And when asked for fresh hot fries, heard an employee having a loud swearing fit about why he had to make some fresh. The manager took back both orders and manhandled the food that was originally fine. The meals should have been thrown out and completely remade. Worst service of any fast food places ever. I would suggest that you don’t go to the Painesville Taco Bell. This wasn’t the first time that the service was beyond terrible.
