Great atmosphere, good but overpriced coffee, horrible service.
I first approached the cafe register with an employee at the front. I stood there for about a minute and the employee never even looked up. Since the place was empty and I still hadn’t been served I figured I was in the wrong spot and moved to the other side of the cafe and placed myself underneath the “Please Order Here” sign, where another person was standing at the register. I waited patiently there for another 2 minutes until the lady looked up and said with a scowl, “Do you need something?” When I explained that I was hoping to order something, she maintained her scowl and said “What?” in a demanding voice. When I asked for a Vietnamese Iced Coffee, she pointed and said “Over there” never once did she stop her grimace. I then walked back to the original register, the original barista then took my order, charged me $6 and made my drink within 30 seconds.
This was my first time here and I’m hoping this was a one-time fluke but I’ll definitely be hesitant before dining here again.

Ordered online while in Element eatery as we ordered everything else. For some reason, not sure if it was a technical issue or what, but every other restaurant serviced the order immediately. We could see the Solare restaurant and only saw 4 employees in a small floor space taking selfies and socializing. Didn’t do anything with the order until we got annoyed and walked up about 5-10 min later. Not an eternity by any means but a bit surprising given how empty the place was. When they got the order wrong, they asked for the cup back so they could add it to the cone. Makes me think the owner is keeping close tabs on the quantity of ice cream being distributed. Kids were happy because the ice cream was good, but i was pretty annoyed by the process. Or maybe I’m just getting grumpy as i age. 2 stars as I weigh the service pretty heavily. Ice cream was great and element atmosphere is fun.
