I became very concerned about taco bells. I like the fact that I can eat for a fair price, but buying individual items, it’s a too pricey. I gave up on a lot of taco bells and gave in to this one because it’s new. Contact and support 1 day regarding
the menu showing me a caramel empanada being told that it’s discontinued not long ago. They seemed to have updated the menu.I’ve only had one blown out burrito but finding trash in my box is not acceptable. They ask you many times this and that and you state clearly that you don’t want any sauce.The young lady seemed to have been in the way for some reason.Looked like a manager got in the way.I couldn’t stop thinking about the fact that i’m waving at her thinking, why are you putting fifty sauces in my bag when I asked for none? And then I was asked again, oh, you don’t want any of this sauce.No, I don’t next thing.You know, my napkins look like a ball of paper and they kept the sauce. Opened upMy seven dollar box started munching on chips that I had to buy.Because I don’t like cinnamon twists.And that seems to be the thing they replaced the chips with.So not only did they not change the name of the box, they wanted to give me something like pork rinds with cinnamon on it.I don’t know what those things are.I don’t like them. Ate my crunchy taco then started to eat my chicken Chalupa.
And realized there was a dirty piece of cellopane plastic under my food. No, one person should ever want to open their burrito. Everything seemed fine.I finished my meal.Although it suddenly looked like trash. The lady looked like a manager.Her teeth were a bit gnarly. She had plastic gloves on the cellophane.In my box or whatever was dirty. I have no way of knowing if those gloves were fresh. But the woman in the window
Who suddenly had what seemed like her duties taken over by a shift manager a woman with gloves who appeared out of nowhere. The girl on the window didn’t have gloves on at least.I don’t think so.This would lead me to believe that it is not necessary.Because she does not handle food or trash. The menus are very bright and sometimes the robot that tries to handle business is way too loud.

They were super busy while I was picking up a DoorDash, but the man at the window offered me a Pepsi. My outlook on the situation was very bright after that. This was one of the most delicious Pepsis I have ever had, I never usually eat Taco Bell. Fast forward I decide to return and order some food myself. If the Pepsi was that good, the food has to be decent. At this point a lady with a lovely smile, hands in my food and it was some of the best food I had this week. I ordered the two pack of Chalupa‘s with steak instead of chicken and it was very delicious. Normally, I would complain about the instance that I was in the drive-through for a while, but honestly what Taco Bell location or McDonald’s or otherwise fast food location do you not every once in A while have that happen.

Purchased chicken bacon topped fries. Was pretty tasty, but toward the end I bit into a chunk of chicken bone. Definitely going to think twice before ordering that again.

Ordered through the app before meeting with 2 others for lunch. Arrived, said they were working on my order. The other 2 ordered in store. When the other 2 received their food, I asked about mine again. Still working on it but gave me my drink. When the other 2 were close to finishing, I went to check again. I had to wait as the employees were having a discussion about credit card fees. When someone managed to see me, they handed me my order, which had been done before I arrived. They said “I didn’t realize this was yours. Now that I had my food as the others were finishing eating, I ordered a volcano quesarito and a cantina chicken bowl. Not only was the food now cold, the quesarito was not wrapped all the way and had VERY little of anything in the tortilla. The chicken bowl they put in bag on its side and did not close the lid, so it was just all piled in bottom of the bag. Did not eat.

I honestly cannot believe the amount of bad reviews! I’ve lived less than a mile away for a year now and we frequent this Taco Bell A LOT. We never have a problem! Went tonight and the girls were super nice and the food was yummy!

This is honestly the worst location you can go to. The staff are extremely rude and the line moves like molasses. If you walk inside, the staff ignores you. Go to the location in Sheffield Village instead. The experience is like night and day.

I ordered some food earlier tonight on DoorDash and usually when they don’t have what I want, I just don’t get it. It’s annoying but it’s true.
But I was so genuinely surprised to see that they gave me a coupon and apologized for the inconvenience!! Seeing the small note made my night because it’s so rare to see generosity these days. Thank you so much Christina! (Sorry if I spelled it wrong, it was a little hard to read the name ☺️).

Live up the road from here, regardless of online orders or doordash, the order is always wrong. No sour cream. It’s honestly not that hard of a job to follow a menu screen. Since the placed opened nothing but long service and mistakes. The entire store needs everyone fired and hire people that actually can do a simple job.

HORRIBLE!!! was VERY hungry and wanted some Three cheese chicken flatbread melts which are usually soo amazing from the other Taco Bell’s and I open it up when I got home and both of them had two maybe three pinky sized pieces of chicken inside of them . Evreything horrible that’s crazy that you can’t even do your job .
