Friendly, courteous and professional staff. The food was good and the portions were more than enough. The restrooms were very clean and stocked. The parking very clean and free of debris.

Ordered through the app and when I got there they said the mobile haven’t been going through ok fine but within a minute a manager comes out and messes with it and gets it going. So was it not going to be resolved until I said something? There was one other person waiting before me and who knows how long he was going to sit there if I didn’t say anything. Took a while to get my food then drove back to work to eat with like 10 mins left just to find hard scraped off the bottom rice bits is what I got… you can see how dry the rice is with all the cracks in them, the whiter spots are the soft rice and the pale parts are the hard dry bits. Lost time for lunch just to get crap rice.

I ordered the beef and shrimp add sweet fire chicken with lo mein what I got was all cabbage with maybe 20 noodles in the lo mein no shrimp in the beef and shrimp it was all peppers and pineapple does sweet fire chicken was perfect I got ripped off I made a claim for it and yet have heard nothing back from Panda Express on this have pictures and the place was not busy when I went in there at 1:15

Got to the register with cash in hand then the clerk asked the manager what to do then he responded with “force him to pay card” starts stocking the register while laughing immediately after the transaction. Safe to say I will not be back.

Super friendly staff who helped me figure out what I wanted to order. Jose ordered for me, and I very much enjoyed the kung pao, and the orange chicken, and whatever else it was that he sent with it!
Got to go for the chamber coffee and here John talk about all of the community programs that they are involved in and give back to. There is a lot more than you think!
Meet the General manager for this store as well. Her name is Koryne and she has trained 5 other GM’s before opening her own her own store here in Gardner, so I have great expectations for how well they will do here!
If you haven’t tried it for yourself, go give it a shot instead of listening to the local gossip.
Oh, they also have a super cool pick up section that reminds you of a Chipotle!! So feel free to order ahead so you don’t have to wait in line, or just go through the drive thru.
I will mention that the cream cheese Rangoon suffers from the lack of something, but I think that’s just a company thing they probably can’t avoid.

Ordered an entree plate with chow mein and orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, got home and my chow mein was lettuce only with minimal noodles. I paid $13 for lettuce. Highly disappointed, I should’ve checked my plate before driving off. Terrible.

When you place a to go order for pick up, you would expect utensils for people to eat with. Instead, you get no napkins, no utensils, and none of the sauce that you ask for as well. This place is deserving of the low rating.

Every time we have ordered, we have been missing food, and the food we do get is super low quality. This last time, our chow main was all cabbage. Literally, all of it. There were maybe 5 noodles.. We were also missing an entire medium entre, and half our box was empty.
Also, they are very stingey with portions compared to other panda expresses. I don’t think we will be eating at this panda again..

I’m giving five stars because this restaurant has completely turned around. The past few times I’ve been here lately the Food has been amazing. And the people working in the menus are very polite And professional. Thank you for fixing this location.
