Ordered a 12 taco dinner box supreme 1/2 hardshell 1/2 soft.
That’s it.
Of the 6 supreme softshells, 5 of them had meat and sour cream and nothing else, but at least one of them actually was a supreme with everything that goes in it.
Unwrap all of your food before you leave the parking lot. Check the inside of it.

Depending on what time you go, night shift is awful and rude. Waiting multiple minutes for an order that was supposed to be done 25 minutes ago. No one even bothered to acknowledge I had been standing in the lobby until I had been here for 15 minutes, but did proceed to acknowledge the men that walked through the door. I have never had an issue with day shift and always a pleasant experience.

Listen. We placed two pick up orders. Each had major modifications. I came around 11am Nov 4th. Not only was everything completely accurate, it was packaged and ready to go in proper boxes etc. The moded chili cheese burrito I got was literally the best one I have had anywhere. From any taco bell in my entire life. The grilled cheese modded burrito was picture quality. The cheese was grilled and heavy and was almost a shame to eat it. I’m in disbelief I got this kind of quality service on every aspect of ordering from a fast food place. Thanks guys!!!

How do you wait in line for over 10 min just to pull up to the window and have them tell you they are out of beef? Second time in less than a week – they say they have no beef? Why not state that when the customer is ordering instead of running their card and making them wait 2x for their refund? How are you out of beef for over a week?

I came thru 15 minutes ago ordered nacho belle grande, I got no meat, a clump of refried beans barely cheese and miniature portion with drink for $8.50. When I called to complain someone picked up the phone and hung up on me 3 times!!!

Mexican pizza was put under cheesy gordita crunch, soft tacos, and sauces. The box caved in and all the cheese got stuck to the top. It was also completely limp.

Wasn’t impressed, didn’t expect to be either. There are cigarette butts all over the outside of the restaurant. I ordered 2 burritos with no tomato, of course tomato was in there. I had lettuce pieces in my bean burrito which shouldn’t have any, so I can only assume the assembly area inside had random food scattered all over. Did I eat it? Yeah, I knew going in what I was up against. I will not return to this location, I will still eat Taco Bell just not from here. I value cleanliness in a food service environment.

Ordered 2x nachos and cheese with an extra cheese cup knowing they skimp on filling up cheese cups.. usually they are at least 1/2 full .. this time they out did themselves and filled cheese cups up 1/4 way full. Unacceptable at 3$ per. Complete rip off. Will not return
