i go to this taco bell about once a week, usually very late since i work evenings/nights. typically, my experiences with restaurants that are open late are pretty lackluster or even just straight up terrible. however, this taco bell always exceeds my expectations of late night restaurants. my order is always right, the food is hot, fresh, and flavorful, and the employees are friendly and efficient. keep it up night crew, i appreciate all of your hard work!!

DoorDash didn’t mess it up. They grabbed the right bags that had the receipt of what I ordered; HOWEVER, the contents of that bag were wrong. Random burritos were in there and not a chalupa, potato taco, or volcano burrito. We did not order what was inside. Disappointing and waste of money.

Go through drive thru, ordered 2 nacho fries, about to drive away, eat one and they are old and soggy. While still in the drive thru ask then if I can pull around and get fresh ones (as I use to manage fast food establishments, so I know expired food), I pull over, and walk in 5 minutes later, still waiting so I am thinking they just came up…nope. I get a bag, this is what it looks like, same old stale fries. THROW FOOD AWAY when the time is expired! Same thing yesterday, get 2 spicy potatoes soft tacos, potatoes are hard as a rock. I will never be back. Waste of money. Teach staff to follow regulations!!!!!

Incredibly slow service. Orders always incorrect and when you call to ask for help for the order they messed up the employees who answer the phone basically mock you. “I’m not sure if the dining room is open, you’ll have to come up and check.” “Your order was wrong?
