With 1 crunchy bite I lost my appetite. All the ingredients of my burrito where layed out in a way that each bite was a new ingredient. My first bite was nothing but corn chips. Yum!

Wow have left many before but just wow. Cantina crispy chicken tacos. Asked for lettuce n tomato NONE. Wife’s quesadilla was thinner than a pc of paper. They forgot my chips and cheese but whatever. Wife goes back 21min. 21 MIN FOR SOMEONE TO HAND HER a small bag of chips and 1/4 cup of cheese. Yep 1/4 cup of cheese. Good enough for 5 chips before I run out. Not to mention NOT busy and took 18 min to get food. Like come on Taco Bell. Used to love yins and a go to place. So upset especially the price of my meal for my 5 people family and the tiny quality it’s turned into. Hard to keep going back and this may push it over the edge.

Very poor experience trying to use the drive-thru and mobile app only to be informed of a 5-10 minute wait for an order I put in 10 minutes prior. I was then stuck in the drive-thru for the entire time of course despite canceling my order. I’ll definitely be avoiding this Taco Bell.

Today I dined in with 2 of my kids. Food was amazing. Besides the very little toppings on my 5 layer burrito. BUT why can this place have two separate thermostats??? The lobby is FREEZING! im a bigger lady so it takes alot to get me cold i was literally shivering the whole time I ate. Also the ladies that are working today 11-18 @ 1:30pm need to be told they are AMAZING!

I purchased a deluxe cravings box (asked for no lettuce which the receipt shows). Every item had lettuce and the Beef Chalupa was the worst. How is it I asked for no lettuce but instead there is a speck of meat and at least 90% of my chalupa was just lettuce.
P.S. one of the worst experiences I have ever had at Taco Bell, absolutely unacceptable.
Also It’s not about them forgetting to leave lettuce off the items, it’s that we are being manipulated into overpaying for what is basically a garbage lettuce wrap with no ingredients outside of said lettuce.

Ordered extra cheese on our tacos. Checked the food hardly any cheese. Checked receipt and yes paid for extra cheese. Said something to lady at the drive thru and was given an attitude. Showed the tacos and was told that was extra cheese. Then was given more attitude. I can not believe how customers are treated nowadays.

Not sure why the thermostat is set to below 50° but it’s ridiculously cold inside the restaurant. And the bathroom fire alarm battery is clearly low because it kept beeping. Food is fine. Clearly take out not dine in.

Nothing hits like Taco Bell when you are hungry post-midnight. This location was fantastic, and the drive through staff was both efficient and welcoming. Extra points for the return of the caramel apple empanada!

I ordered a 10 piece nugget after waiting almost 30 minutes to get my food the first they didn’t give me the nuggets after giving us all the other food had to wait another 3 minutes and when I finally got my nuggets they were rock hard and disgusting absolutely never again get your shit together taco bell
