Great atmosphere and excellent food. The meat was very tender, the calamari was perfectly crispy, and the garlic flatbread was amazing. Service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

I had the best shrimp pasta in marinara. Perfectly balanced and cooked shrimp so great tasting. Not too hot. First time here. I sat outside on the sidewalk and watched all the cute people walk by.

The food was really good and delicious. Good portions too. The drinks were also great and with some different options – never had a Pomegranate cocktail before.
Nice atmosphere we had a beautiful end of summer night when we came. The service was a little slow, but it appears they were understaffed.

Such a chill place, the cocktails are delicious, the service is warm and welcoming. A great place to people watch, the fashion and outfits on the street are next level. Perhaps the best espresso martini I’ve ever had!

Thanks for our fun night Cafe Mystique! Stopped in here on a Friday night before our show at Castro theater and it did not disappoint. The service was great even though they were busy. We had fun with the wait staff that were engaging and joking around with us. The food was way better than expected! The salmon was cooked perfectly with crispy skin and everyone else loved their burgers, crinkle fries and pasta. Presentation was on point. We left full and very satisfied. Would definitely drop by here again and getting some of that pasta next time!

This was my first time dining at this restaurant, and I decided to stop by after noticing how inviting it looked from the street. The Christmas decorations were beautifully done and immediately caught my attention, creating a warm and festive atmosphere.

When I walked in, the ambiance inside the restaurant was just as impressive. It wasn’t too busy at the time, with about 4-5 tables occupied, which made the experience feel calm and relaxed. The staff provided excellent service, and the food was prepared surprisingly quickly.

I truly enjoyed my visit—the atmosphere, the service, and the food were all wonderful. Thank you for a great dining experience!

I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Café Mystique! This place is a true gem and exceeded all my expectations.

I was incredibly impressed with the menu’s fantastic selection. There’s a wide variety of delicious and creative options to choose from, catering to different tastes. Everything our table ordered was beautifully prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. It’s clear they use high-quality ingredients.

What stands out just as much as the quality of the food is the amazing value. For the price, the portion sizes and the quality you receive are outstanding, which is a rare find in San Francisco. You definitely get more than your money’s worth.

The atmosphere in the café is cozy and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I can’t recommend Café Mystik enough. If you’re looking for a place with a superb selection of food and great value, this is it. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Five stars well-deserved!

This is truly one of my fave cafes in SF, and the Castro! Their hummus plate is out of this world. Their chicken parm & vodka chicken pasta is divine, and their burger is pretty darn fabulous. The staff is always so welcoming – it feels like a home away from home. It’s my weekly routine to have dinner here – and it’s a great date spot!

My partner and I had dinner here for Valentine’s Day and the experience was beyond amazing! We made reservations and were sat immediately. We ordered a paloma and cosmo, had a few tables asking to try out drinks, that’s how yummy they looked! The service was so good we didn’t have to wait much time in between our appetizer and main dishes, but just enough time to savor the calamari. For entrees we ordered the Ribeye Steak medium rare and Lamb Risotto spicy. The steak was cooked beautifully!! We were both STUNNED at how incredible the flavor and texture was— 1000% recommend trying it. For dessert we decided to try the fried banana with vanilla ice cream… it was the most delicious dessert we’ve ever tried. Overall, such a great experience, from the cozy dim lighting to the BART and Muni accessibility.

Bathroom: 4/5
The floor was a bit broken, but loving the little decor thingy

Customer Service: 4.25/5
Very nice, easy to grab, and checked up on me.

Ambiance: 4.75/5
Great decor, the gold and black palette really adds to the mystique vibes. Also nice table flower.

Food: 4/5
The frittata was great, the cheese added to the soft texture (and a nice cheese pull). However, the potatoes were a bit weird. They were too crunchy, but needed some more seasoning

Wow: 0/1
