First they gave us a regular nacho fry when payed for a large, and the fries have absolutely NO seasoning on them n not even filled. The quesadilla is called wrong and was hard to eat. Asked for hot sauce and got none but an extra cheese sauce I had to pay for and didn’t ask for. The actual bag the food was in was covered in cheese on the bottom, the guy at the window looked at the cheese on the bag and still handed it to me. He was also not the nicest. Name was Alex. I normally have amazing service coming to this Taco Bell but tonight ruined it and I don’t want to come back. Terrible. Especially with paying 40 dollars you’d expect better.

First time at this location and last time at this location. Came and ordered something and they got my order wrong not once but twice…how are you a manager and mess up an order twice? Anyways, I tried not to make it a big deal so I went on the app to submit feedback, however, every feedback submitted needs an order number. The app tells you that you can find it through the app, but there was no order number displayed nor did I receive my receipt to view it physically. Called the store and let them know what had happened and to ask for my order number, and the manager had thee biggest attitude for no reason. Don’t get mad that you don’t know how to make a simple order right the first time. You lack friendliness, confidence, and competence. I never caught an attitude throughout the whole experience, but he did. Asked to speak to the other manager and he was so much nicer than the other manager will ever be. I appreciate the nice manager a lot. Hopefully he can teach the other manager how to fulfill orders correctly, and respect others the way he should…be careful with this location.

These are the stingiest skimpiest tacos I’ve ever seen at a Taco Bell. Ordered the crunchwrap supreme and it looks like they just smeared one half scoop of meat in the entire thing. Cheese sauce? What’s that? No tomatoes. Just a sprinkling of lettuce. It says if I just paid for two tortillas. Go to any other Taco Bell if you want what you paid for.

I placed an online order and ended up going to the wrong location. No biggie, I drove to the correct one. I arrived and a young woman came to the pick up window, and said hold on a minute. After nearly 20 minutes a woman from the back says that I have to confirm my arrival and then they’ll start, and she has 7 cars ahead of me. Customer service would dictate that while I should’ve known to do this, I still was here for a long time. So for me, the app sucks because why do I need to do all of that after placing my order online. At least chick fil an automatically picks it up that you arrived. Plus, I they knew I was waiting and didn’t tell me I needed to do such.
