This speaks for itself. What the heck. Are all restaurants going down hill?? This right here is disgusted and a waste of money. Who said “hmmmm yeah this looks right” a lid could have very well been used… and if they were out they didn’t even inform us of this because no I would not have been okay with this and asked for a refund.

Decided to go to Taco Bell because I’ve been craving tacos, went through drive thru and it was really quick and I guess now I see why I got three drinks a nacho fry box and two crunchy tacos. Honestly I’m not surprised as this isn’t the first time this has happened but I’m tired of wasting my money for the same thing to keep happening so here we go, the nacho fry’s were soggy and warm as if they had been sitting for awhile both me and fiancé tacos had almost no meat on them I might as well of just ordered a shell honestly. Also nothing was hot or even nearly warm enough to have been made while we were sitting in drive through considering it took only like 5 minutes too to order and get the food I’m assuming either they don’t have their temperature right or they had already had these made and just gave them to whoever ordered it not really sure but wasn’t worth $20.

I placed an online order and when the lady gave us our drinks she didnt put any ice in any of the drinks and one of my drinks werent even full. So when I asked her if she had ice she was rude and said no and then when I asked if she could fill my cup up more she said she can’t thats one can, but again so rude. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what, but thats ridiculous when its common questions you know people are going to ask. It was on 8/30/25 at 10:54pm. They were busy, but its still no reason to be rude to the customers.

Went there yesterday and was very disappointed!! Got 3 taco supremes and there was barely 3/4 teaspoon of beef in each one! What beef was in all 3 would have made 1 good taco! They need to change the name to Taco Surprise. I will not be back!!!

The girl didn’t want to give my husband the drink and closed the window on us saying “bye”.
Not going back, over charged for poor service and barely any food.

Workers are good but the GM here kept looking out in the lobby to stare at me and make unpleasant comments. I never believed the comments about him smacking people’s behinds or saying inappropriate stuff until this happened this man needs replaced. I was debating even reviewing this but these young men need to be safe.

This is now the 2nd time I have ordered from this Taco Bell through Uber eats and again over half my order is missing. I don’t understand how it is so hard for people to follow an order and make sure everything is in the bags. Double or triple check to ensure the order is fulfilled correctly. I have worked in fast food before its not a hard job. But this is getting ridiculous. Get it together Taco Bell, do better.
