Ordered thru drive thru, a double meat, foot long tuna. I received only the bread and tuna, none of the lettuce, onions, olives or pepper that was ordered. And the 2X tuna seemed sparse. Also waited approximately 10 minutes at the window while the store had almost no customers, but did have 2 employees. Neither of which approached the window until handing me my sandwich. Definitely do not go thru a drive thru with the touch screen ordering.

I was throwing a small party for Dad’s Day. Ordered (6.) ft long subs by phone (couldnt get the
app to work). The lady on the phone was extremely courteous and pleasant! She took my order with lots of veggies, sauces,
different cheeses & breads and had the order ready when I arrived at the store to pick up my order! My crew thoroughly enjoyed the food… We will definately be back!

I had a server with the name tag “Haley” and she did an amazing job at making my subs! Not only was she helpful but patient. I had ordered 7 subs without prior notice and even though the store was very busy, I was still out of there in about 15 minutes! I was very impressed with this obviously very young girl and her ability to macrotask. Thank you subway and keep up the good work Haley!

What a hassle trying to use their buy one footlong, get second footlong free email. Entered my order but it would take my phone number (said number invalid). Tried my daughter’s cell and work number with same result. Called my Subway. They were apologetic but BOGO only worked online or in the app. So got the app, set up my account, entered my order. Then app wouldn’t let me place my order! Physically went to my Subway. Sorry I didn’t get her name but sandwich maker tried to enter order with same result. Finally bought a gift card. It worked, placed my order!
Sandwiches were great but boy, Subway needs to work on its app. Will think twice before trying to order online from them again.

Went in to order 2 subs 2 people ahead but pretty much done . Husband ordered his and went to order mine 2 girls working assume one was new girl started subs put in toaster then walked to end 2nd girl ws finishing husbands, mine sat there out of oven, and sat there and sat there. She finished my husband’s and stood there I finally said are you going to do mine she says. Oh ya. By this time mine is ice cold, I have to pretty much beg for more veggies. Worst service ever! Asked for quac on a foot long got 1 scoop. Winneconne going down hill. AND DONT EVEN TRY ONLINE THEY DONT HAVE IT AND DONT HONOR THE SPECIAL!!!!!!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a foot long tuna on wheat with provolone and lettuce. Get home, got a foot long club on Italian. My husband goes back to get the right sandwich and now there is no lettuce. I didn’t think my order was that complicated! And I am pregnant so very hormonal!

This has to be one of the worst subways I’ve ever been to.
The bread tasted distinctly dry and burnt. The meat was balled up on the sub not flat and spread out like it should have been. I waited and excessive time for very slow and frankly disappointing service. By far the worst subway sub I’ve ever eaten.

I’m torn on this one, I’ve been there during the lunch hour, and they’re out of certain meat choices, which I don’t understand their business is literally a sub-shop!!! I’ve also been there during later hours and have had good service and food..
