The restaurant was dirty and the floor over by the pop machine had standing water. There was slimey stringy stuff coming out of the sweet tea dispenser. The front cashier had on skin tight black leggings and house shoes.

Our first trip to the taco bell near our new home was a very satisfying visit. We had great service. And it was Taco Bell. We got what we expected. Ordered our favorite items. They were prepared well, no skimping on the toppings. The place was clean. And my favorite side, nachos with cheese, topped off a good experience.

This place is always willing to help you with service. Super friendly. I have had issues with food a few times, but they try. The bathrooms need a redo — don’t let your kids scald their hands when they wash them. The hot water turns on way too easily but not the cold. The whole place needs a remodel, but that doesn’t change the food.

Went in for some good food and the pop machine was down water was shut off from the service man working on machine. Wasn’t told this until after I ordered and paid for the food. I said well I shouldn’t have to pay full price if I can’t get a drink. The lady continued to try to hand me a cup. If the water was shut off them I could only assume the workers haven’t washed their hands so I instantly lost my appetite.

Stopped to pick up a quick snack on the way to a wedding…. drive through window took forever. When we did get our food the tacos has been put the the bag upside down so all the contents fell it as I took it out of the bag. The bag had grease all over the bottom that ended up getting all over my dress and to top it all off they forgot to give us our drink! Worst Taco Bell experience ever!

The local taco Bell is hit or miss. Sometimes the burritos aren’t made right other times the order is great. We eat there regularly and haven’t really gotten any worse than the regular taco Bell aftermath. So it should be fine to eat there just don’t pull off without checking your food

2 stars and only 2 stars bc the foods good and prepared well. The folks are friendly. But the wait time in 3 visits is worst than any taco bell I’ve been to in 38 states. 30 mins 1st time just over 20 second time and today only about 8 which is acceptable but there was a manager or somebody important here today so.. .. and no they were not busy for real either of those times slow slow slow

I don’t know why I keep giving this location a chance. The staff always acts bothered and inconvenienced to wait on anyone. My order is rarely correct. I loathe onions, so I make sure the screen is correct. The only item I ordered for myself tonight had onions! Then after they shoved my bags out the window, dare I actually ask for taco sauce. You would’ve thought I asked him for his kidney!

After waiting 15 to 20 minutes to be waited on I chose to go to Wendy’s next door because when I asked how long it would take to get the Cravings meal they estimated 10 to 15 minutes. It was dinner time and although I’m used to this store being slow I was amazed that on a Friday evening at dinner time they only had one side of the kitchen area open and 3 people tripping over each other to try and fulfill a 48 Taco order. It took 15 minutes to even be acknowledged that I was in the store. Three of the customers that left before I did we’re all at Wendy’s eating when I got there.

This Taco Bell is a joke
Our tacos were cold and they refused to make new tacos telling me it would be the same.
Tacos are supposed to be hot not cold.
I will never go back to this Taco Bell. The one in town is much better. Always fresh and people are nicer.
