Specifically said no lettuce even says no lettuce on the receipt got all the way home. It had lettuce all over it. Called over there and talked to the manager Alex. They said there was nothing he could do. We could drive all the way back there, but that was it. They couldn’t give us a refund or anything.

I visited this Taco Bell and placed an order, but the lady at the front desk missed some of my instructions and left out a few items. When I asked her about it, she started shouting, behaving rudely, and showing a very bad attitude. Instead of accepting her mistake or apologizing, she dismissed me by saying, “Okay, bye, have a good night.” Another lady also came over, and she behaved the same way. For a moment, I honestly wondered if they even cared about treating customers with basic respect. The branch office or head office needs to know about this, because these employees should not be working in customer service. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to for food and service. If you visit, you will be disrespected, and it will be a complete waste of money and time. I’ve been to many Taco Bell locations, and unfortunately, this seems to be a common experience. The atmosphere at this location is unpleasant, and the customers there are also very disrespectful. No wonder the place is usually empty—it’s because of the way the employees behave. Right next door, there is a Chipotle where the employees are respectful and the service is much better. I strongly recommend avoiding this Taco Bell and choosing Chipotle instead.

For truck drivers, this will be an easy place to park. The parking here is massive. Several big trucks can park outside of Taco Bell and place your order on the app or simply go inside. I used the app, and my order was done rather fast. I did like most of what I ate. I didn’t like the Mexican pizza. The beans or beef had an odd taste to it. I couldn’t finish it. Overall all the employees were all kind and all the customers were happy. Payment here will be in the form of cash or payment. If you use the app, you will be rewarded with points. Enough points can get you free meals. It’s convenient for truck drivers. Right off the interstate, you can easily find this taco bell.

Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the intercom in the drive thru, any question I asked she didn’t know an answer to.. food got shoved into one bag, soggy bag on the bottom and ripped open.. got home and I was missing some items from the $9 box, and did not have any lettuce tomato or sour cream on my skimpy tacos!! Beyond mad, not returning there ever again!!

This taco bell was so bad i was inspired to leave my first negative google review. We waited over 30 minutes past the estimated time our food would be ready. The staff was absent, unhelpful, uncaring. This entire establishment is a failure. My bean burrito had but 2 beans, and both of them were cold. My grilled cheese burrito was not grilled. My nacho fries were soggy and lukewarm. Disappointed and frustrated.

Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve been too! Should have looked at the reviews first! Fries were dry and hard, the chicken melt flatbread was crusty and dry the cheese wasn’t melted and the meat was cold. Might as well close the doors if this your new normal!

Just got this tacobell. Ordered the grilled cheese steak burrito through the drive thru and when I got home it was flat and felt like nothing was in it so when I opened it up there was 1 peice of steak that didn’t even look like steak and the MTN dew I got was just colored water. Such a disgrace
