I only eat Taco Bell about twice a year. I spent nearly 40 minutes in the drive thru at this location. Nearly half that time was sitting at the window waiting for my food. I watched the cashier prepare door dash after door dash order while I waited on my order. After being at this location for 30 minutes, I honked my horn and asked for a refund. The manager came to the window and explained they had new people and a lot of call offs for the day. He asked what my order was and said they were actually just starting to make it and then asked if I wanted to wait. So I asked so how long another 5 minutes? He said yes. I get having to train new people, but are they not able to shut off door dash orders to properly serve the people actually at the restaurant? As for the food, our cheese roll ups with beef were put in the bag first and smashed on the bottom and the doritos locos taco was super soggy, so I’m thinking it it had been made a while before.. Won’t be back here. The Gender Road location is way better.

Arguing in the back about training. Very unprofessional. They should have taken it out of earshot of customers. No large cups but no offer to me to refund. Was offered 4 medium drinks instead. Food was mediocre. The sidewalk to the door was only partially cleared with the part being unclear being right by the entry door. Please be careful walking to the door.

Absolutely. The best experience I’ve had in a long time at any fast food restaurant very friendly very fast and the food was amazing. This is definitely a must stop at. And I definitely will again and again. Huge shout out to Roosevelt, the manager at this taco. Bell, there was an error with my order. And it billed my credit card twice. If he was very quick to get it taken care of and wanted to make sure that customer service was top care. He will make sure that you haveyou’ve well taken care of this is a very good taco bell, very kind people here

I want to give a shoutout to Roosevelt for having such great customer service. There was a few items missing from my kids order and when I called to inform them he was more than happy to make it right. He suggested I come back anytime and he would fix the issue. 10/10

Thank you for the wet, greasy, inedible garbage that I waited at the drive-through window eight minutes for that was obviously put in the microwave. Never go here. Multiple times this location has forgotten to put items in the bag at the drive-through window. I didn’t check until I got home. My mistake? No, not my mistake. The mistake of the people working at Taco Bell. They are constantly out of items. The girl working the mic on the drive-through told me certain items were not available even though I ordered them last week. She said they were not on the menu yet, even though they are clearly on the drive-through menu. Once I got to the window she started to explain why they weren’t available and I told her it was fine it, didn’t matter. A couple of minutes later, a gentleman opened the window and asked me, in a threatening manner “What’s up bro”. I told him nothing, and he walked away. Then a different gentlemen who gave me the bag of food tonight told me they are out of items because they like to turn the fryers off. Then the bag ripped when I picked it up to get out of my vehicle. Luckily, it all fell into the vehicle and not on the driveway. That’s because the bottom was soaked in grease. I took one bite of the food and threw it in the trash because it was edible and absolutely disgusting. I will never go to this location ever again, and I suggest everyone do the same.

In my 38 years of living ive never had a amazing outcome at Taco bell. Who ever the manager and workers yall got there Jan15th 4pm they are very courtesy and made the food fast and didnt hold back on meat/veggies. The order was also right . Kudos Taco Bell we will be back to only this location !!

We always have issues with the service at this location, yesterday we had a strong Taco craving and didn’t want to go out of the way to a better location, plus it’s been a couple months and we hoped they had gotten better here. We placed a mobile order and when we got there to pick it up, they asked us to pull into the parking lot and pull back around in a couple minutes…. NEVER happened at any fast food place ever. Worst part is, there weren’t ANY cars behind us, so why we couldn’t just wait at the window, idk. Then we see another car pull through the drive thru while we did what was asked and waiting in the parking lot, and they ordered and got their food first! Absolute ludicrous decision making by the staff and we will never be back.

Rude staff, insanely slow, inattentive to inside lobby customers and delivery drivers. I have seen two old women in the 60-70s run a taco bell faster than this place does with 5-7 young employees. No urgency, no professionalism, and whatever system their supervisor or manager has them running for being efficient needs to be correct by a district manager or someone higher up.

My food was wet looking and not good. Very sloppy when I looked at it. It was not fresh to even eat. I did not even eat it all because it did not look appealing. I was hungry so I ate what I could. Worst food I’ve ever gotten at Taco Bell. You can do better. I spent 16 for my son and I. I went back through the drive through and told them what I experienced and got something different and it still looked the same. I was not happy. I threw it in the trash.

ITS WORTH THE EXTRA FIVE MILES TO GENDER RD CANAL TACO BELL.
Was handed 2 flat Baja blasts, then asked for 2 different drinks and was given one cherry pepsi and one rootbeer-Pepsi mixture… for context I did not ask for that. Completely forgot the cheesy potatoes. To top everything off they decided to squirt out about 3 Diablo sauce packets over top of the food placed ever so sloppily in our grease soaked bag. Nothing new from this particular Taco Bell not a fan to say the least. And neither is my wife.
