Came in at 7:40 and they were understaffed but managed to make it one of the best fast food interactions ive ever had. One of the men working helped me put in my order and got it together quickly. Whoever the three men in there are, they deserve a raise at the very least. Super helpful and wonderful and I will always come back 🙂

Took 10 mins to start my order. I pay $40 and the dude is on his phone the whole time and there 3-4 cars still in line to order and dont take theres till we get our food. I get home and look and the hard taco i got was thrown in and spilled everywhere he also almost spilled my drink on me and forgot my straw. Worst taco bell in central ohio by far.

Really wasn’t expecting much and somehow it was even worse than anticipated. Tried the new chicken and cheese tacos and im just incredibly disappointed. The guy working the window was great though super nice super respectful but the food is god awful and just disappointing. Whoever made this you need fired man you have zero aspiration and no dedication to your craft even if it’s as simple as a taco.

Is this a real Taco Bell? I walked here at 7:30pm on a Monday (I was working nearby) to get dinner, and the restaurant part was locked and the guy inside motioned me to go around to the drive-thru. So I walked to the drive-thru window and the same guy told me he could only take payment in cash because the card reader is broken — but he was also actively filling some other orders. Sketchy as hell. Go somewhere else unless you want to be disappointed.

Last time I would ever come to this restaurant site again, all went well as far as taking my order. I got home to eat my dinner . It looked like slop, the food didn’t taste right I couldn’t even eat it took one bite and threw it all away. Wow I really didn’t want to say anything but it’s been on my mind . I recently visited the Taco Bell in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, and had a disappointing experience. Despite the restaurant being open and staffed with associates, I had to wait 20-30 minutes for my order. Even after interacting with the staff, the service remained slow and unorganized. This was quite frustrating and not the level of service I expect from Taco Bell. I hope they can improve their efficiency and customer service in the future.

Went to the drive thru and tried to order after awhile they said why i was yelling in their ear when i was just trying to order. I was shocked when they said it was yelled in their ear. I work in fast food restaurant in reynoldsburg so i know how hectic it is in fast food restaurants to be on time and serve fast and be accurate but that doesn’t mean you can be rude to customers when someone is just trying to order. The food is not even fresh. Never going back here.
