Im i wrong for claiming my food and calling the cops or did i do correctly because them both were yelling at me through the little speaker box like they was gonna fight please be careful at this tacobell they are rude and disrespectful and dont care about your food or money and they will not take accountability at all and wont even give you the number to corporate or the GM

I ordered a discovery lux box which comes with a medium drink and 2 chicken dipping burritos dipping sauce
And a beef cholupa, and one cinnamon twist, I got everything except for the dipping sauce for my burrito. i called the store and spoke with Tiffany. And she was very rude. I called 4 times before I got an answer granted. The store had just closed at 3 AM I left there at 2:53. So what am I supposed to do? Give a good review. I don’t think so. When I told her what the problem was, she said that I could come back tomorrow, and they would remake whatever they messed up. Why would I want to go back tomorrow for dipping sauce? She didn’t even ask what was messed up. I go to the website and trying to get ahold of somebody from corporate and they don’t even have that information on there.

Got an order off DoorDash last night and the chicken inside the soft tacos were inedible it was so bad it made my cat throw up all over the floor. I know the cost of food is high but keeping old chicken and passing it off for people to eat is not acceptable. I’m not eating there anymore . If I hear anyone else complaining about this same thing I’m going to file a complaint. As this isn’t the first time you passed rock hard chicken out the door Wendy’s has done it too. Shame on you do better. For anyone wanting to complain I just did go to google and contactus-Taco Bell type that in on google I just did . Someone needs to step up they need to read their reviews like they care and step up their game and hire professional people not degenerates . Record them talking to you in an unprofessional way watch how the tables turn.

me and my girlfriend came here on a cute little date and everything was ruined due to the workers here. they couldn’t wrap our tacos properly and they spilled everywhere in the bag, the girl serving our food had a lisp and was EXTREMELY rude when we couldn’t understand her. the food also took an eternity to come out, my nacho fries were also half spilled and weren’t filled even after i collected the spilled one. 1 star would NEVER recommend to ANYONE

I have no idea why the reviews are so poor on this. I pulled up to this Taco Bell with some girlfriends on a road trip at 10PM on a weekday and oh my god. This has got to be the best taco bell I’ve ever had. We walked in and the lobby was still open and they were so friendly. Our food came out so fast and we got everything right AND it was hot and perfect. Then we saw a worker (probably a manager) looking around to make sure everything was perfect?? AND THEN CREW MEMBERS WERE SWEEPING AND CLEANING UP AND MAKING SURE IT WAS ALL CLEAN. ON TOP OF THAT!! the bathroom was super clean. I love you, Maryseville Taco Bell.

I visited this location today with my two young children and was appalled by the lack of professionalism. While ordering at the kiosk, we were forced to listen to employees shouting profanities and mocking customers.
The service was also extremely slow, and our food was sloppily prepared. Throughout our meal, staff continued to have inappropriate conversations and were even observed throwing food at one another. To make matters worse, the single-stall bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke from employees smoking inside. I’ve included a photo of the staff member responsible for the most disruptive behavior. We will not be returning.

I wish I could give them a negative they need to do better corporate or who ever these new employees they have especially the black girl and not being racial or anything but she has an attitude she don’t even talk to you or anything and when you ordering on the drive thru seems like she don’t even listen to what your saying because she has here AirPods or whatever this place is definitely going to go down if they don’t fire these people

Usually this one is decent or edible at least. Today dude held my card way way to long the food was burnt n I wouldn’t feed it to my animals. Also didn’t give me my drink. If I get a charge on my account cuz dude stole my number crap will flip. Think I’ll drive farther next time this taco bell wouldnt get my money again

Normally I don’t have too terrible of an experience here, but this was one of the worst. Part of my order, my girlfriends order, was 3 Dorito Gorditas with only extra meat and light cheese. No toppings other than that, no three cheese blend between the shells, no sauce or anything. Just beef, cheese, and shells. The first time, it had the cheese between the shells. The second time, it had lettuce. And the third time is where it’s frustrating. The first taco we checked was fine. The last two have massive globs of cheese in them. We are getting ahold of corporate right now and are waiting for a response, but 3 strikes and your out. I’ve worked in Fast Food before, about 2 years ago. So I understand messing it up once, but not 3 times especially after being given the recipt to work with. Despite being patient and nice with them, only honking to get their attention from the window after the second attempt since nobody was nearby and to make sure they understood no cheese between the shells, they were incredibly rude and impatient. Before I could tell them to remember the no cheese between the shells, they had slammed the window shut so I had to honk to get their attention, as mentioned. The first two pictures are from our last attempt, the third one is our first attempt, and the last one is from our second attempt.

My boyfriend and I planned to eat after he got off work at 11 pm. We both were excited to relax and enjoy our food.
When he got back we opened up our food, and everything was lacking. The fries were not filled all the way and didn’t have the seasoning they usually do, and they were cold. Why even get the nacho fries if they don’t even have the correct seasoning? I can get plain fries elsewhere.
The nacho fries with steak and beans looked pitiful (pictured). There were at most 2 pieces of meat and hardly any fries. No seasoning on them either.
The burritos were lacking meat and looked like they were hardly filled.
I understand if you don’t like your job, or would rather spend time at home during the holiday season. But this food is a treat for us and we’d appreciate if the food was prepared correctly, that’s why we go. I feel bad that he paid for this.
